Greetings Kin,
Peak Tone 8 begins the Transformation phase of each trecena. Number 8 is defined as “pure spirit” by the Maya. Tone 8 is the day when most festivals and Holy Days are observed. All the Peak Tones of each cycle can represent times of Peak Performance. Tone 8 is the Creator’s Highest Intention of Divine Justice – Harmony and Equity for the Whole.
The 8th Hour from dawn at 5:00am in the Maya lands is the 13th hour of the Whole Day, 1PM. The Tone numbers only count the hours of Light – Human’s cycle of Creation. A Consciousness High Above, sees everything come to Life with every Sunrise.
Dog/OC magnifies the Creation of Love, our Highest Dream of Love. Dog/OC resides in the 10th position, in the Center of 20 with Monkey/CHUEN, the Creator in position 11. Our Divine Justice is marked by Unconditional Love. There is something by Divine Agency, that we will never see the same.
Dog/OC invites us into the Pack. We hold the Truth of Possibility, and a Vision of Freedom. All we have to do is follow the Master of Love to see how easy Love can be.
Residing in the North, OC relates to Wisdom. And, the Element of Air relates to thoughts and the inner workings of our Mind… the “pure spirit” of us. The Dog is one side. The Monkey is the other. The Dog is ALL Heart – can hardly wait for the next opportunity. Every day offers a new adventure. And the Dog is faithful and loyal.
White and Yellow mark the Day Signs of “darkness.” “Darkness” represents an application of Truth for Discernment. There’s Truth we’re putting to the test. We’re ready to know the end of our Dream so we can start Living.
From Human’s perspective, our Offering felt more like, “Sorry, this is the best I could do, and I know I can do better.” If you’re tired, you’ve been carrying on.
Human pushed the creation of Love, as High as we could reach. When we let go, a wave of Power that was moved and held back turns to fall where it may. The wave of Love always carries the Truth back to shore. The cause always produces the same effect. Each wave lifts us for the next try to reach solid ground.
With each wave that breaks the water is stirred up. Like where the River meets the Sea, the heavy matter sinks to the bottom. We’ve reached the Delta where some our Human dirt will be washed away, to see the Force within was the Truth about us. We carry on, even as the load gets heavier. Love is a Creation we carry as far as we can, bearing as much as we can, before we can let go.
When we let go of the human idea of what Love has to be, kneeling at an altar, it’s an offering. Today we can see that all the work we pushed so hard was to see the Highest Creation of Love that we could Try to Imagine – a heaven of Happiness and Right Relationship, Peace on Earth. With each wave that pulled us back, we only saw more clearly what we were reaching for. We were aiming at mountains. Reaching for the Highest End, we’ll move a few grains of sand to higher ground. The higher ground we’re reaching for may not happen on our schedule, but it’s still only a matter of time. We see how water carved the rivers without even trying.
Tone 8 holds the Intention of Divine Justice, what will always be the Truth in the end. We were lucky. Above and Below the Dream is just the same. All a Divine Creator wanted was the chance to see Living Beauty – more than a vision of thoughts, a manifestation of Real Life. Like Venus, one that follows its own path leaving beauty behind as a Choice of Being. We pushed a Cause for Beauty for the Sake of Love, Peace and Happiness – a chance to let go and be. On Tone 8 we stop pushing. When we finally let go, we see “we were already there.” Momentum was the gift. A wave will carry us the rest of the way.
To all my relations, in the Highest Light of Human limitations may we see the Higher Ground of Love that is always waiting. May we hold the Feeling in our thoughts, the way we cling to a Dream, lest we forget. May we remember how small miracles of understanding can change our point of view. Sometimes the smallest gifts of Love are miracles when they are “right on time” for a Divine Meaning and Purpose.
May we count ALL the ways that we can Believe in Love. May we claim the Truth that Love carries on. When we give it away, it is only beginning its journey. May we Dream about all the Times and Places the Power of our Love could go.

Galactic Tone 8: Justice. Harmony and balance are the intent of Eight. Eights carefully weigh all evidence to reach a balance of justice. Eight is the power of organization demonstrated in the statement, “As above, so below”. From simplicity to infinity, the energy of Eight organizes all levels of creation. Some Eights are “Neat Freaks”.
Dog/OC: Courageous, loyal and warm-hearted, very alert and valiant, people born of Dog are respected for their sense of justice and their protection. People born of the sun sign Dog are very sensual and know how to enjoy life. Playfulness and a good understanding of the basic human nature lead to prosperity for Dog. Dogs are good team players who love to travel and have a keen sense of their position in society. Dogs are ambitious and will take opportunities when they offer themselves, including infidelities. Dog persons share the nature of coyotes, spies, wolves and lawyers
Cherokee, WOLF/KANA’TI: Wolf’s symbol is Sirius (Dog star) and Antares, one or the other always visable but never at the same time. Wolf is our brother, shares our very roots. All dogs are domesticated wolves, companionship and guidance. Connecting link between the worlds. One who inspires loyalty, diplomacy and sense of humor with unlimited potential. A teacher, healer, pathfinder and transformer. Sharp as obsidian, gentle as a lamb. Totem -Dog. Loyalty and faithfulness that survives beyond death. This was the first day of creation energy in this 4th world, sets the energy for love, loyalty and faithfulness on the 5200 year cycle. Heart chakra energy is involved so that we can move to the state of “unconditional love” with compassion. All sexual desire issues that are not in harmony will surface to be cleared.
