2 Earth/CABAN

Greetings Beloved Kin,

Earth/CABAN represents the knowledge of creation. Mother Earth is the fundamental source of everything that Human knows about Life and the Universe. CABAN defines Earth by her perpetual movement that Creates Time.

Earth’s Movement holds the Vibration of Life in perfect balance. Earth shares her Clarion Call to Life in Abundance with every turn to the Sun. Earth is the sounding call for every Great Migration on Earth.

Tone 2 represents the Intention of Duality. Human is a being of Duality in perfect symetry, as beings of Spirit and Physicality. We comprehend the Truth through a binary discernment. First we Feel the Truth by Divine Inspiration, then we comprehend what it means by an experience. Everything we learn about one thing, is at least one thing we can know is the same or different about everything else.

Wisdom/CIB is guiding us to reach beyond our self-imposed limits of understanding, to apply all the Truth we know to comprehend the scale of Wisdom that is waiting to be revealed within. We can discover our greatest talents lie beyond our chosen field of study.

We’re trained to apply our knowledge by a chosen path or vocation. When the Truth we learn may be of more value as Wisdom for an entirely different application. We’re raised up to “work a job” within confined limits of our imagination. Knowledge isn’t the same thing as Wisdom,  that holds the potential to apply the Truth to anything.

Someone who can create a masterpiece of art on a single grain of rice may appear to have an obscure talent. Applied to another path, their steady hand and focus on small details holds the potential to be a world-class eye surgeon. A Divine Creator knows our potential for unlimited possibilities.

Who told us that there’s only one thing we can be? Who sent us down a road to our only inevitable end? And, why?

On Tone 2 we are separated from the One so we can see the Human thoughts that create our illusions on Earth. The glyph illustrates our Human way of thought and the means for Divine Discernment.

Our first thought of discernment is represented by the straight line that begins in the East. Our “first light” of Divine Inspiration is a linear thought of objective reason, the question to know “what it is.” When we identify “what it is” it automatically turns to the faculty of our imagination. The second thought is the question “what it means.” Our Human mind is limited to know everything the Truth could mean. If we don’t see a human value in the Truth the thought trails off without completing a circle. We start out expecting it to make sense or we wouldn’t pursue the thought. The third thought is the means for Divine Discernment. The rising circles represent the leap beyond what we think we know. There’s a Divine Meaning and Purpose for everything we witness from our own Time and Place. It doesn’t make sense when we’re trying to push the Truth down the only road we’ve been taught to see.

We NEED a Divine Creator to share the Vision of Everything we can be. The only way to know is to follow our instincts by everything we Love to do. Earth/CABAN is a day of awareness to know who we are becoming. Maybe you have a talent to be a comedian but you were raised to be a doctor. It could still pay off. If you chose the right field, you could be a world-class comedian at every doctor’s convention. You could make a fortune being funny, if that’s what you loved more. You’d know all the inside jokes from your first-hand experience.

AZTEC CALENDAR:
Day Ollin (Movement, known as Caban in Maya) is governed by Xolotl as its provider of tonalli (Shadow Soul) life energy. This is an auspicious day for the active principle, a bad day for the passive principle. Ollin is a day of the purified heart, signifying those moments where human beings may perceive what they are becoming. A good day for transmutation, which arrives like an earthquake that leaves in its wake the ruins of rationality, order and the preconceived.

On Tone 2 we remember the Light of our Divine Inspiration about a Dream that could fulfill our Heart’s Desire. On Tone 2 our Human thoughts kick in and we attempt to figure out what we are capable to be. Divine Wisdom is an application of Truth to the Dream we Love. We’re better off standing on the Truth that the Creator knows who we are and everything we can be.

There’s something we’ve all longed to be “if only we knew enough” about how to make the dream come true. Tone 2 offers a choice, “to be or not to be.”

May we stand on the Truth that a Creator knows ALL our possiibilies, and if  we follow in Faith, the Dream we love most can be the end.

This is NOT a day to just go along, but to open your mind to ALL the Divine Possibilities for your Life that you Love, and because you Love, something that may already be your favorite hobby could be turned into a Dream of Divine Genius.

We don’t have to know we already know, as long as God knows. We can invest our education in anything for any reason and when we’re ready to Live with all our Heart, from one thing we already know, a Divine Creator can turn into an “overnight success.” A Divine Creator has been guiding us from the beginning. When we claim we don’t know a thing, our eyes are opened to see something we never imagined before.

The Cherokee Day sign is the Heron, a nahaul of perpetual movement and a symbol of the Phoenix that rises from the ashes of our past. Our greatest failures can be the Truth that becomes the Genius of our own experience.

The K’iche Day Sign is N’oj (n ‘oh), a Sacred Word for the Consciousness of Knowing. The glyph illustrates the face of a newborn. We were born with a passion to know everything. We’ve taken it all in. Faith in the One who knows everything we’ve seen is the path to Divine Genius.

The cross-hatch design represents the veil over our human consciousness. A newborn doesn’t have to see to know we were given a Divine source to satisfy all our needs of Life, Love, and Happiness. A Divine Provision was waiting when we were first born to the “other side” in the down below. We learned what we Love from Mother Earth.

in lake’ch, I am you

NOTE: You can also look at dates from a different direction. What is the Destiny Kin number of your day sign’s 3rd tone? You may have overlooked a life-changing day. Use the Kin Calculator offered on the Daykeeper’s Resource Page for a date six years before or after. If you are just starting to count the days and don’t have a journal from the last round, when something major happens in your life you can look to see if there was a major event on that same date before. You can also look for Signs in the “distance of time” – the number of days between one 13 Eagle/MEN (Cherokee, Eagle/UWO’HATLI)Calculator linked on the resources page. Example – 33 days is a symbol of a day that you actualize the Truth from the beginning date.

Galactic Tone 2: Mysterious as the question ‘to be or not to be?” Two is the recognition of the separation of self from all else and the desire to be rejoined. Walking a balance while making choices of all kinds, light/dark, male/female, good/bad, Yin/Yang, is the energy of this number. Experiencing the differences between one and another is the use and purpose of this number.

Earth/Caban: Earth/Caban: Keeper of the garden of Earth. Profound synchronistic connections to Earth’s natural cycles and energies provide power of creations and memories of ancient wisdom. Earth persons help dispel bad intentions, habits and ideas. This makes them very good counselors and masters of all arts. Studious and intelligent, Earth persons endeavor to bring a flow of natural order to all aspects of life. Being connected to the dynamic forces of nature, Earth persons need much liberty to facilitate their expression of migration or the sending of long distance communications such as the whales, elephants, birds and many other creatures. Sometimes Earth’s delicate sensitivities are upset resulting in quakes of emotion even the display of volcanic temper.

A GOOD DAY TO: Give thanks to Mother Earth for all her gifts.

Cherokee, Heron/GUWI’SGUWI:  Sign of movement, of perpetual motion, recycling, regeneration; environmentalists fighting for the underdog. Heron is mentally alert, rational, yet opinionated; has a great faith in people and in the divine plan, holding the magic of ministry, medicine, marketing and matchmaking; healing abilities, especially with crystals; negotiation and mediation energy. Heron is symbolized by Deneb, located in the Northern Cross beside the Milky Way. “The Northern Cross is the Tree of Life, Beside the Milky Way River & Perched atop is Guwi’ sguwi, the Cherokee Heron Spirit Bird, comparable to the Egyptian Phoenix.  (Cherokee Astrology: Animal, Medicine in the Stars, Raven Hall)
