Greetings Beloved Kin,

Mother Earth is the source of everything we know. She is fundamental source of knowledge through which we know everything that is the same or different. So is Earth the repository of all Human knowledge that is buried from our past.
We can burn books, but Human can’t destroy the Truth that was written in stone. The Wisdom of today is drawn from the body of Knowledge we could only discover for our self. The Wisdom of the Ages was hidden for a reason. What sense does it make that there is Truth and Knowledge about the Creation that we’re no longer allowed to know? Who decided? Knowledge equals power and the advantage of Wisdom.
Mysteries are only Truths that were hidden. “Those who knew” were deemed to be “gods” (or ancient alients). The thirst for knowledge was written in Human’s Seed. We were intended to Know and designed with the faculty of Divine Discernment to figure it out.
It only takes 3 generations to forget everything we know and 3 generations to create “human gods” who hold “wisdom beyond all human understanding.”
Earth/CABAN represents a Divine Creator’s Intention for Human to know, and to know we can know. The Highest Authority created our Way to know.
The Divine Truth is known only to those who dared to ask. Earth/CABAN represents the Time to Know. The meaning and purpose of Consciousness is to know that mysteries can be revealed through a Source of All Knowledge, a Higher One that knows everything there is to know.
CABAN represents the Clarion Call for every Great Migration on Earth. Human’s destiny is a journey to knowing the Truth. If we think we already know everything there is to know, there’s nothing left for us to look to see.

The glyph for CABAN illustrates the way of knowing through the 3 thoughts that raise our Consciousness of the Truth. CABAN is the Creator’s Design for knowing.
The first thought is represented by the straight line that begins in the East. The “first light” of Knowing is shared from the direction of the Sunrise, raised to our Consciousness by a light from Above. The first question to know is accomplished by Human’s faculty of reason. The first question is “what is it.” Once we “think we know” what it is, our thoughts are turned from the faculty of reason to the resource of Human’s imagination.
The second thought is the curvy line that turns an idea over and around to tie the ends together as “what it means.” We can never know the whole of “what it means” as long as we are only considering the meaning of the Truth from Wisdom we already “know.” We might as well give up knowing the Unknown as long as we are drawing our discernment from what we’re sure we already know. Dreams and wild ideas are lost on us until we reach beyond all Human faculties of reason.
The third thought is represented by the rising circles. The question that opens the door to New Truth is a Question of a “meaning and purpose” known by a Source of Wisdom greater than our self. The only way to know the big picture is to reach for the Source of Light that intends for us to know through the Answer to every Prayer.
A Divine Source will Intervene when it’s Time to Know, beyond all the Human powers that be that don’t want us to know. One mystery we ALL want to know is how to manifest Peace, Wisdom, and Happiness on Earth. What we Love knowing is the Creator’s direct line and clarion call to our Heart. We are willing to go to any lengths to know what we Love. Love is the Force that leads us to cross every line and border to Save what we cherish. Human drew the boundaries that divide us from places on Earth that were offered in Harmony and Equity for the good of the whole.
Earth/CABAN is the Clarion Call to Live and Move with all our Heart. The Sound is the Vibration that calls the Wildebeests to an Unknown Place where water flows and the fields are abundant to support the new life that grows within. Their migration is over 300 miles away, too far for the scent to carry. We are called to Holy Ground by a Power Greater than our self. The Creator’s Truth can be known by Feeling. Today, we hold the potential to Feel the Truth like an earthquake, when Mother Earth speaks through all our senses and awakens our Passion to Know.
The Significance of this day on the Aztec Calendar
This is the fourth of the five unlucky days (nemontemi) at the end of a year (xihuitl). It is better not to carry out any activity during these unfortunate and useless days.
Day Ollin (Movement, known as Caban in Maya) is governed by Xolotl as its provider of tonalli (Shadow Soul) life energy. This is an auspicious day for the active principle, a bad day for the passive principle. Ollin is a day of the purified heart, signifying those moments where human beings may perceive what they are becoming. A good day for transmutation, which arrives like an earthquake that leaves in its wake the ruins of rationality, order and the preconceived.
The “five unlucky days” relate to the Aztec count of Earth’s calendar (the Haab) that’s based on the zenithal Sun for every Time and Place. By the Haab count of the North, the “five unlucky days” fall before the Northern New Year, March 30, 2024. By the Northern Count, it’s Time to Move with all our Heart toward the Truth of who we are becoming, and everything we are Divinely Intended to be.
The Haab date by Northern count is 5 Sak’. (Source: Smithsonian calculator for the Haab and the Long Count of the North) Sak’/Zac means White, a symbol of Purity of Intention. In the month of Sak’ the hunters had their second festival of the year, this one to ask for the forgiveness of the gods for shedding the blood of animals. (Source: Mayan-Calendar.com; meaning of Haab time)
The Hunter’s Full Moon marks the end of the Harvest as the first Full Moon closest to the Fall equinox. The final harvest before winter is a blood sacrifice.
The Hunter’s Moon is the first Full Moon to follow the Harvest Moon. This means it may take place in October or November (in the Southern Hemisphere – in April or May).
Why is it called the Hunter’s Moon?
The farmers had traditionally finished reaping their fields under the light of the Harvest Moon. By the time of the next Full Moon, the fields were clean, so the hunters could easily see the animals prowling in search of food before the winter. Moreover, at this time of the month, the Moon rises at around dusk and sets at around dawn. The moonlight allowed the hunters to track down the prey into the late evening.
Sometimes the October Full Moon is called the Blood Moon, which refers to the hunting season but not to the Moon’s actual color (not to be confused with the Blood Moon that denotes a lunar eclipse).
Red Moon
The October Full Moon might appear red or orange when it’s hanging low above the horizon. At this point, the Moon’s light has to pass through a thicker layer of air. As a result, the blue wavelengths get scattered by the atmosphere, leaving more of the red wavelengths, so the Moon gets an orange or reddish hue.

By Earth’s Time we are called to see and acknowledge the Consciousness of Life held by every living thing on Earth. Human may exist at the top of the food chain, though every life on Earth is sacred. It’s Time to honor the sacrifice. We were intended to bless our food to remember. The Elders taught the way of remembering the whole family, the whole field that was “home” to another living thing, and to every Human that had a hand in bringing it to the table.
Our lives are held in the Balance through an Offering and a Sacrifice of One Life for another. Love manifests a Divine Meaning for it all.
The K’iche name is N’oj (n oh), a Sacred Word of Knowing. The legend of N’oj tells the story of a Divine One Above that was called to share Divine Knowledge with Humans on Earth. As it goes, the Creator called for volunteers and many Divine Sages applied for the job, each extolling their virtues of Wisdom. Except N’oj. He stood back among the people without calling attention to himself. He was chosen as the Perfect One to carry out the task, willing to appear to be just another human being. When his life was over he returned to the stars and was elevated to the position of a “demi-god” for his service to Humanity. There are still Humans on Earth empowered by the Truth that is shared from Above. Their knowledge is made available to us in the public domain, shared with the whole. There are angels among us, working through everyday Human Beings who are dedicated to a purpose of knowing the Truth. (We may remember them by name, like Einstein, Shakespeare, and Tchaikovsky, as humans that still engage our heart and mind. Choose your favorite genius. You may be surprised to find the truth written on the Tzolk’in as their Divine Destiny.)
CABAN offers the earth-shattering Truth of how much more there is to know, and something we were destined to learn on behalf of the whole. The most important Truth is the Consciousness of Life that’s shared by all living things. The Elders say all things want to be Seen and Acknowledged the same as we do. At every meal, something shares its life so we can go on living.
The Elders say that Earth was the Creator’s first Offering of Life in a Living World. May we see the Divine Hand that gave us dominion and Choose to Give Back and Pay Forward the Truth. This is a day to bring an Offering to Life on Mother Earth, to See and Acknowledge the scale of the Offering.
There’s a whole world of living things ready, willing, and able to raise the Truth of Love all around us, waiting for a chance to be part of a Life that can go on forever. By the cosmology of the Maya, when we Remember, we offer a place within our Living Body of Consciousness for Life to carry on, and the Light through which the Truth can be revealed as Divine Wisdom.
Tone 9 compltes a Transformation to a Higher Consciousness of Truth. The Intention of Tone 9 is the Patience to see the Big Picture. We are raised by the Hand of Divine Agency to see a Truth of Love that has been hidden in the shadows. May we give thanks and reach to know the Truth of a Mystery that CAN be revealed through the Wisdom of every living thing we remember. May we count the Blessings of Love and Abundance in a measure beyond all Human understanding, and Seek to know the Truth that’s been hidden at every cost. May we give thanks in advance for the Truth that WILL be shared when we care enough to Know the Answer to Life, Love, and Happiness shared by the Whole in perfect harmony.
By Northern count this is the year 12 Road/EB, a Sign of a Time for Understanding the Truth of our Destiny, and Divine Mysteries that will be revealed so we can ascend to the Truth we were intended to learn from the beginning. The Aztec sign, the Grass (Malinalli) symbolizes the perennial nature of Human’s Spirit. We may be trampled down, like the grass. But the grass always rises again. The Cherokee Heron is another symbol of perpetual movement and the Phoenix that rises from the ashes of our past. Signs were given as the Light of a Question for us to Know. (It’s a Good Time for the oppressed and a Bad Time fot he oppressor.)
love, in lak’ech, i am another you

PS. It really doesn’t make any sense that there’s Truth that we are prohibited from knowing. Does it? Tell a child there’s something they aren’t supposed to know and that will be the first thing they want to figure out.
9 Earth/CABAN marked the day that my feet were planted in the Yucatan. I realized an impossible dream could come true.
WHERE WERE YOU AROUND HALLOWEEN 2018? There’s something more to know about that Time and Place. If you can, go down by the Water where all life began and listen for the Heartbeat of Mother Earth. The MULUC trecena is a Time to See and Acknowledge the Blessing of ALL Water Everywhere, from the Cosmos to our own tears.

4TH SEASON: 1 Wisdom/CIB begins the 4th Season of the Tzolk’in – VOLUME 2: Tzolk’in Seasons 3 and 4 (PUBLISHED SEPTEMBER 20, 2020)
NOTE: You can also look at dates from a different direction. What is the Destiny Kin number of your day sign’s 3rd tone? You may have overlooked a life-changing day. Use the Kin Calculator offered on the Daykeeper’s Resource Page for a date six years before or after. If you are just starting to count the days and don’t have a journal from the last round, when something major happens in your life you can look to see if there was a major event on that same date before. You can also look for Signs in the “distance of time” – the number of days between one 13 Eagle/MEN (Cherokee, Eagle/UWO’HATLI)Calculator linked on the resources page. Example – 33 days is a symbol of a day that you actualize the Truth from the beginning date.

Descriptions by Ian Xel Lungold (12 Sun/AHAU), wisdom and Tzolk’in calculator preserved on MayanMajix.com
Galactic Tone 9: Patience. The energy of Nine is one of the getting a better perspective of the bigger picture. With the energy of Nine, plans or patterns begin to come to completion. Nine requires patience and perseverance that is found in the bigger picture, otherwise there is great suffering from the lack of insight. The completion of cycles of action is all-important to Nine.
Earth/Caban: Earth/Caban: Keeper of the garden of Earth. Profound synchronistic connections to Earth’s natural cycles and energies provide power of creations and memories of ancient wisdom. Earth persons help dispel bad intentions, habits and ideas. This makes them very good counselors and masters of all arts. Studious and intelligent, Earth persons endeavor to bring a flow of natural order to all aspects of life. Being connected to the dynamic forces of nature, Earth persons need much liberty to facilitate their expression of migration or the sending of long distance communications such as the whales, elephants, birds and many other creatures. Sometimes Earth’s delicate sensitivities are upset resulting in quakes of emotion even the display of volcanic temper.
A GOOD DAY TO: Give thanks to Mother Earth for all her gifts.
Cherokee, Heron/GUWI’SGUWI: Sign of movement, of perpetual motion, recycling, regeneration; environmentalists fighting for the underdog. Heron is mentally alert, rational, yet opinionated; has a great faith in people and in the divine plan, holding the magic of ministry, medicine, marketing and matchmaking; healing abilities, especially with crystals; negotiation and mediation energy. Heron is symbolized by Deneb, located in the Northern Cross beside the Milky Way. “The Northern Cross is the Tree of Life, Beside the Milky Way River & Perched atop is Guwi’ sguwi, the Cherokee Heron Spirit Bird, comparable to the Egyptian Phoenix. One Myth has it that a Beautiful Young Maiden (the Heron Spirit Bird) fell from the Tree of Life in the Sky Vault, & Found no Place to Land on the Primordial Sea. Turtle came to the Surface of the Water & gave her a Place to Land. She nested & Laid her Cosmic Egg, From which came all Life on Earth.” (Cherokee Astrology: Animal, Medicine in the Stars, Raven Hail)
