The Dawn of a New Awakening
5 Crocodile / IMIX
Greetings Beloved Kin,
Crocodile/IMIX is the Primordial Mother of Life that raised us in her womb. The Mother’s duty from the beginning was to nourish our body, heart, and soul. Our First Spark was the Consciousness of our own Life and an Identity as an offering unto our self.
We wondered what else there was to know. The Mother shares the Light of the Father as the Dreams that are true. On Crocodile/IMIX our countenance is nourished by “wild ideas,” disassociated pieces and parts in random order, out of the blue.
This is not the Time to apply our mind of reason to discern what an idea means (future tense). It’s Time for the Present-Tense of realizing a Source of Light with the Power to Nourish our Passion to Know. When we choose the IMIX Dream we Love with all our heart, we manifest a creation of Divine Genius. Our Heart will be invested from the beginning to the end. By the Law of the Universe, our Divine Cause as a Blessing to the Whole, WILL lead to a Divine Effect.
THE BEGINNING OF THE 9TH UINAL
Number 9 is the Symbol of a Whole Investment in the “lower place,” a value necessary to manifest the Higher One (10). The Higher Intention of the uinal cycle is Patience to see the Big Picture. (Oh Boy. I love lessons of Patience.) But, in this case, the Big Picture will be Drawn from the Creator’s Divine Inspiration. We may wish the Time would never end.
Tone 5 is the Intention of Empowerment. In the 5th Hour the Maya saw that everyone was gathering the tools before “the work” begins. We don’t have to follow our Divine Instincts. If we’re seriously in Love with the end, we’ll be Over Prepared for any contingency. We instinctively know that Creation is an Open Channel between Spirits. No one wants to be interrupted by worldly affairs while they are in the middle of executing their best wild ideas. The Higher Intention is to know from the beginning, “We Can. We have everything we need.”
Tone 5 raises the Passion for a Dream that’s all our own. The glyph illustrates and alternative way of thinking, the fastest way to Realize Divine Possibilities. The Straight lines that curve at the end are the same lines on Earth/CABAN’s glyph. On the CABAN glyph the Straight Line emerges from the East the direction of the Sun’s rise. Then it curves to the wavy lines that represent Human’s limited imagination. The rising circles reach beyond Human’s Consciousness of Truth to the Unseen Possibilities that are the Truth Above in a Higher Place. The K’iche glyph for CABAN is N’oj (n ‘oh), a sacred word. The divine thoughts flow from the mouth beyond human’s veiled consciousness straight to Crown of Divine Consciousness. The band across the head represents the headdress of the Mayan priest.
On the IMIX glyph, the lines begin from the core of our Being, Leap Beyond Human Imagination, and head straight to the Crown as Consciousness of the One Above. This version of the glyph is fascinating for the story it tells. The glyph represents the Mother’s breast OR a Jar of Milk. The Milk of Compassionate Love doesn’t have to come from a biological Mother’s breast. And a Mother is still carrying out the duty, whether she feeds from the breast or from a jar of milk. The Primordial Mother was the Identity Imprint of a Giver of Compassionate Love. No one could question a Mother’s choice for what she knew by Intuition. The glyph is also shown with cross-hatch elements in the circle at the top of the jar. The Nourishment of Consciousness and Mother’s Milk flows from our core beyond Human’s filter.
Pay attention to wild ideas. What were you thinking about when a wild idea broke through. A Life in the Womb wondered, “what’s happening to me.” Pay attention to what is happening and how its happening. IMIX connects us to the Truth of the Source of all our Light.
The Light is for your eyes alone to see. IMIX is a day to pray for Good Sense and Reason. IMIX shares the “first light” of wild ideas. Don’t define them, so the Light has Time to Grow (before someone else gets a chance to rain on the parade). We’re Raised to Higher Wisdom through an Intention of Patience to wait for the Creator to reveal the Whole Light of a Divine Mystery… and a Dream with our Name on it. The Elders called it “holding your power.” Cherish a Private Communion of Divine Secrets. By the end of the 9th uinal, our Faith will be proven by the Time we take to see “what’s happening to me.”
“What’s happening here and now” holds the hidden Truth of the Experience of the Moment, beyond a need to know anything but the Truth, “It is so.”
IMIX is observed as a Mayan “Mother’s Day.” The trecena of Earth/CABAN and the Haab year 13 Earth/CABAN repeat the Symbol of a Divine Mother’s Love and the Beauty of Life all around. Our Divine Mother shared all her Forces of Nature. The Sun created the Fire in her core that holds her in place as Human’s enduring arms of Love. Feel the Truth and Love of Nature and offer a glance and a nod to the Sun for choosing such a beautiful Mother for Humanity. Come as a child to Mother’s knee with an offering of a thing of beauty in your place that reminds you of the Beauty of Life we knew from a Divine Beginning in the Light of her eyes.
We will be Empowered by the Patience to see how Beautiful the Big Picture can be, worth all the Time it takes to Know. Everything there is to know about Life and Love, we learn from Mother Earth. When the Creator shares a Light of Truth, we don’t care how long it took, because Now we Know, and Today is the Beginning for tomorrow.
The totem Crocodile is a fiercely-Loving Mother. The Life within is the prize she guards with her life. She offers her children a front-row seat to Real Life from an angle of Divine Protection. Crocodile eggs are left in a nest in the Sun. The Mother hears their first calls and scoops them up at the beginning of their new life.
IMIX holds us close to the Heart of the Mother, a womb of safety where all we have to think about is our wild ideas. IMIX shares a Divine View of the world without fear. The Cherokee Turtle is the totem that rose from the deep to create our life on the foundation of Earth.

Galactic Tone 5: Empowerment. At the center of the cube we find Five. Five is an intelligent, organizing force which manages communications and materials, knowledge and application. Fives are natural net workers who gather what is needed. These persons can probe directly to the core of any situation making them excellent investigators.
Crocodile/IMIX: Crocodile receives messages of primal creative force; simply the beginning of all things. Crocodiles who follow their hearts are seen as genius. There is no order to the primal messages, so Crocodile persons should direct their energies toward practical and cooperative efforts to bring productive results. Crocodiles have a strong nurturing energy and will work hard to provide security to family and friends. Being extremely territorial, Crocodiles must watch not to be over protective or too dominating. While in these states, Crocodiles are insecure, indecisive and emotionally volatile.

Cherokee Turtle/ DAK’SI I’SB: Turtle Island; direction East. The Turtle Constellation Orion, one of three stars in the Cosmic Egg, to the Maya, the Cosmic Hearth. Turtle is the Energy of Creative force at the one-on-one, personal level; dawn, awakening, birth.
