The 13 days of this trecena are governed by the elemental intent of the divine Whirlwind: to create chaos out of order. Order and reason outlive their purpose and must be replaced by the potential for new, unexpected, unpredictable, change. It is precisely in the heart of order that the lightning bolt strikes. These are 13 days of instability and insecurity. The warrior prefers to have no relationships if the only alternative is to have bad relationships: thievery abounds and no treasure of the heart is safe. Greetings Beloved Kin,

Reed/BEN is the Guiding Light for Home. We were born knowing the perfect place beyond the stars. We were made to forget the details, but we will always remember the Feeling of Home.

There’s no family on Earth where everyone holds an equal place at the table. We were all born of another Time and Place. The only way to find our place back home is to Live for Today and to dwell in the Light of the forever home where we are gathered back together as One.

We won’t have to fight for a seat at the table. There’s a chair for everyone. Our Mission on Earth to leave no chair empty and to leave no one behind.

Reed/BEN holds Position 13, the symbol of Answered Prayers. We were born to create our own way. Given the Sacred Right of Choice we have to Ask to let it go for the Sake of the Creator’s Choice to complete the end in Divine Trinity.

 

The world is not “all there is.” We lost our way in the Mystery of the Unknown. It takes Time and Personal Relationship with a Divine Father of Spirit to remember the place that’s Real. The world is the broken Dream of “what could have been.” The One Dream we share in Common is the Creator’s Dream for Our Place where Unconditional Love lasts forever.

The Author of our Creation shared a Sanctuary within where the door is always open. Every Child of God was given a Divine Share of Love so beautiful that it feels like we’re the Only One.

Reed is the symbol of the “hollow bone,” an open channel for the Communion of Spirits Above and Below. BEN is the Fire in the Heart that burns the flesh from the bone. The glyph illustrates the altar in our Sanctuary with 2 channels of the Light that shines on the altar. Below are the thatched prayer mats for 2 to kneel as 1. To complete the Creator’s Highest End we have to humble our self to the Truth of our limitations. The cross-hatch design is a symbol of the veil that was drawn over the Truth by the Creator. Given a Choice, Faith is the only way to See the Light.

12 is the symbol of Humanity, the 12 tribes, the 12 disciples, and the 12 constellations that are the symbols of identity. We were born under the influence of geomagnetic forces, just as the Moon draws the tides.

48 Then said Jesus unto him, Except ye see signs and wonders, ye will not believe.

We have to Look to see the Light that shines in the Darkness of the Unknown. Only in an eclipse do we see the end of Light. We watch from the beginning to the end to see a new unveiling of the Light. Tone 12 is the Time ordered to comprehend what it means.

Lent is the season of a journey that imagines in advance the real time of Darkness in the hours we wait for Christ to rise again. We’re 7 days away from Maundy Thursday, the Day that marked the Last Supper when Jesus washed the feet of those who Chose to Follow.

The ritual was carried out in an evening service, when the candles and the cross were carried away from the sanctuary in a silent procession. Hearts were broken at the thought of Life without hope of a Savior. Only in the Darkness can we conceive the value and the measure of God’s unfailing Love.

In the Balance of Good and Evil we discover a Divine Reason for all things to be. There had to be a Judas for us to know the suffering of our own betrayal. He lost all hope for life, so we could see the consequences of death when we betray our own Faith in God’s way. Every life taken by a Human Hand, including our own, was seen as the Only Way home for those who have lost all faith in the world. The consequences are never knowing the Truth in the land of the living. Jesus wept for Judas. The Compassionate Heart of the Christ Spirit loves everyone the same.

We don’t have to die to bring an end to our life. We accomplish the same end when we give up and bend to the will of evil to claim our own happiness and success in the world.

The hour I REALLY first believed was on a blind date arranged online. I had just lost one of my dearest friends. On the way to dinner I shared the signs of her return in Spirit to share a last goodbye. I was surprised when he said, “You live, you die, that’s all there is. If spirits were real, my Mother would have returned to me.” The evening went downhill from there, until I chose to end it early and suggested I call a taxi. He still offered to take me home, a drive in silence from the beginning to the end.

It may have been the first time my Faith was challenged in such a way. I wondered, “Why do I believe?” The answer came as the Beauty of a Sunset. How beautiful could it be without seeing a Divine Hand in it. There would be no more wishing on stars – and an end to every Sign of a Power Greater than myself. What kind of a life would that be?

Right or wrong, I chose to believe for the Dreams of Life I was unwilling to let go. I called on God for the Faith to carry on. My date spent the better part of our short time talking about his important life and all the money he made, though there was little to show for it. He said gambling was his favorite past time. We all throw money away, when there’s no Dream for a higher purpose than to kill Time or try to heal our self through “retail therapy.” I know. I’ve been there too. Our attachment to worldly things is an impossible habit to break until Faith leads us to our miracle.

In the Light of Faith we recoil at our limitations. There is Only One who could understand that it takes every dark experience we’ve chosen to be Saved by Love. It’s never too late, as long as we’re still living, to know God’s blessings are an unbroken promise of the Word that applies to every one.

Suffering is the only way to realize a Healing and the Peace Beyond all Understanding. An altar becomes our Home away from Home, on Earth as it is in Heaven. We all have a sad story worth sharing, when we are saved by the Light and Truth we know by our own experience.

May we pray for “the other” in the place that was prepared for 2 to See the Light as 1. The last will be the first that leads us all back home. May we pray for every empty chair waiting at God’s table.

Galactic Tone 12: Understanding. This number’s energy is a gift of great capability, of retrospection. It is this ability that allows Twelve to connect disassociated parts into a (new) functioning whole. The energy of Twelve is that which presents a new piece of understood information or accumulated experience to be applied.

Reed/BEN: Reed persons are the spiritual essence, protectors and guiding light for family and home. They are competent speakers who will take up a cause. Very tough and analytical, Reeds endeavor to bring peace, harmony and order to all o their relations. Reeds are blessed with great skill at negotiations and consoling which are very often put to the test. Although Reeds need a lot of appreciation, may have marriage or business problems because of inflexible vies and high expectations, which erode affinity. The lesson for Reed is to be like a garden hose, not a steel pipe. Bless or repair your house.

Cherokee, Reed/I’HYA: REED- Symbol-Reed is the Earth, reflection of the Star Chaga of Pollux. Reed made up the Magician Twins who led the journey to bring back to life the daughter of the Sun. The Casket is Gemini. Energy for Intellectual minds, creation, re-creation, new directions, breaking the ties that bind.  A trailblazer and leader. From the East, direction of success and happiness, no matter what route is taken, always ending up in the Light.
