Watching the Stars as One
No matter what the world brings, we still share our Love of the Stars as One.
SPACEWEATHER.COM NEWS: 03/03/2026
TOTAL ECLIPSE OF THE MOON: Photos are pouring in from around the world documenting today’s total lunar eclipse. This rare shot comes from the Great Wall of China:
“It’s a breathtaking moment to capture!” says photographer Jeff Dai. “Simatai Great Wall is a world-famous section of the Great Wall, a world heritage site renowned for its steep cliffs, unique architecture, and Ming-era authenticity.”
The eclipse was visible in the Americas, the Pacific Ocean, Australia and much of Asia: visibility map. If you are in the eclipse zone, submit your photos here.
SUNSPOTS ARE BACK: After 3 days of blank suns last week, solar activity has returned to normal with multiple sunspot groups crossing the solar disk. Solar Cycle 25 has some life left, after all. NOAA forecasters estimate a 25% chance of M-class flares and a 5% chance of X-flares on March 3rd.
Though, the odds are less for an Earth-directed hit, the Sun ushered in the New Day with “fireball eruptions” just before and after. One is chasing the other away from Earth on the Farside.
The LASCO C3 Coronagraph is offered on the NOAA Space Enthusiasts Dashboard. The image (right) shows the moment of the First Fireball, and the beginning of the Second that follows.

Mayan Calendar Time and Synchronicity
1 Sun/AHAU begins a cycle guided by the Light of our Brightest Star, and symbol of the Lord of Creation. We enter a new cycle of Light with the Lord who will go before us, and after to complete the Light all around.
It’s a Sign of Revelation and an Illumination in the future. Keeping our eyes on the Lord of our Life, the Time will come. It takes about 13 Days for the active region from the farside of the Sun to turn around to face Earth.
No doubt, the Sun will keep turning. We can stand in Faith that whatever Light we receive in the future was God’s plan from the beginning of Time.
Isaiah 65:24 KJV
24 And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.
Ezekiel 18:31 KJV
Cast away from you all the crimes you have committed, says the LORD,
and make for yourselves a new heart and a new spirit. (Included in the Christian Calendar Lectionary for 03/03/2026)

1 Sun/AHAU (Cherokee, Flower/GUN’TSI EK) – Day 1 of 13 of the 1 Sun/AHAU trecena
Descriptions by Ian Xel Lungold (12 Sun/AHAU), wisdom and Tzolk’in FREE CALCULATOR preserved on MayanMajix.com
Galactic Tone 1: Unity. One is the beginning of all things, the first, the whole and the all in one. One’s are assertive and self-guided and give a good push to whatever project they are associated with. One persons work best when meeting a challenge. Do not expect One-persons to be attentive to details or to put the finishing touches on things.
Sun/AHAU: Day of the ancestors and connection to their guidance. The divine face of the sun – lord, musician, singer, dancer, and marksman. Suns are artistic, heroic athletes, visionaries with wise judgment who lead and defend the people. So much is expected from themselves and by other people that unfulfilled expectations are a certainty. An accumulation of these disappointments may lead Sun to evade responsibilities, not accept corrections and even build resentment and disdain towards others. Suns should simplify their lives to be able to rise and shine with unconditional love once again.
A GOOD DAY TO: Ask for the Wisdom and continued honored memory of our ancestors.
Cherokee, Flower/GUN’TSI EK: Symbol is the Sun, place of abode of Great Spirit. The Sun creates, nurtures, and is the super communicator, the way station that relays messages and energy from other stars in the galaxy; provides energy for channeling information from the Ancestors; speaking the Living Language of Light, which ignites the consciousness in others. Gold is the color of courage and opportunity of wealth. Creative arts, master craftsman expressing divinity and wisdom through their creations. The face of the flower follows the Sun gathering the fire of creativity, illuminating harmony and balance, resonating peace and continuity within the human spirit. This is the Sign of the Chalice of the Infinite, Caldron of Creation.
