THE TRECENA OF MONKEY/CHUEN: DREAMING A NEW WORLD

Greetings Beloved Kin,

Rise to meet a New Day and a New World of Unlimited Possibilities. Receive the Beauty of Life as Light from Above that knows the ways and means for the Highest Reason To Be. The Divine Mystery is a Truth that a Divine Mother Knows our heart. We are her flesh and blood. She was created Divine Enough, and given Fire Enough to lead us through the dark to the Divine Authority and a Truth with the Power to Know the Divine Mystery of an Experience that weighs on our heart until we are Drawn so far away, we’d give our Life just to Live through the Whole Time again for one look at the bitter turned so sweet.

This is the first day. The Note we strike at the beginning will sustain us through the end. Notes don’t change their position on the scale until we strike another chord. May we listen for the Heartbeat of the Mother. If you listen at the sunrise, you will hear the pieces and parts of her Heart and Soul coming to life again. They say that when the birds are called to the Morning Chorus, they are sharing the Truth – “Here I Am! This is my place in the Creation.”

Here we are united as One. Tomorrow is 2 Road/EB, the 2 of Duality marking a Day we are united by One Common Thought. Road/EB marks a milestone of Humanity’s Consciousness of Oneness. Whatever the Truth may be for the Time, we won’t forget. We will know that we are One, Heart and Soul.

Jen, our Daykeeper Kin in Guatemala says that the trecena of  Monkey/CHUEN is a re-creation of the world. Monkey/CHUEN conceives the Highest Truth the Whole Pack of us could know, if we put our mind to it. CHUEN sees nothing more beautiful than the Harmony and Happiness of the Whole.

Living in Guatemala near Lake Atitlan, the K’iche tradition turns the wheel of life in the opposite direction. From the Light of the East, they move North to remember we were born with Divine Wisdom. From the Wisdom of Truth they turn to the Unknown in the West. Applying what they know, the Unknown is a place for the gathering of Light reflected from the Moon and the Stars. They put Wisdom into practice when they reach the South, prepared to create Love that was manifested in the place of the Unknown. This is the “beginning” by the K’iche tradition, their 1st Day of the Round that holds the same meaning and purpose for Time and follows the same Kin numbers.

Between the North and the South, we see that Love is beautiful no matter which way it turns. In the North we learn the Truth of Love from each other first. Love is an experience of physicality (South) that we can’t forget. We fell in Love with the Beauty of Human Relationships first and the Earthly payoff. In the North, the way is fast and hard. in the South it’s hard and fast.

CYCLE OF LIGHT
Blue and Red Day Signs represent cycles of Incoming Inspiration. CHUEN resides in the West, the place of the Darkness of the Unknown. We will See the Truth we can apply to manifest our Highest Dreams.  We will apply the Power of Love to Every Day, knowing the more we Give, the sooner Love adds up as the Sum of the Whole.

7TH & 8TH UINALS
Uinals are the 20-day cycles of our Highest Intentions for Time, created from Dreams of One holding the Highest possibilities. The Core Days of the 7th Uinal is an opening in Time where we are drawn to see Love’s Purest Light of Faith, Hope, and Charity. At the vortex, we are neither turning left or right, but we are standing upon a Divine State of Mind. The Monkey/CHUEN guides us into the 8th uinal, where we begin the Highest Transformation, drawn by our Expanding Dreams of Love to Truth that was beyond our own Highest Ground. We dream the World we were born to Create. The Monkey knows every Dream of Love is True. The Monkey conceives the Truth that Dreams are Real.

The next 13 days…

Monkey/CHUEN is the Master of all Art who inspires us to Create the Beauty of Love. The Dog/OC and the Monkey/CHUEN hold affinity at the top of the Tzolk’in pyramid as the two characteristics central to the identity of a Supreme Creator. Love and the Consciousness to Create are the Divine Gifts shared with Human to manifest the Light of Life, Love, and Happiness in the world below.

1 Monkey/CHUEN is the beginning of a New Season of Life. We conceived the Seed of a New Generation. Now we Dream a New World where the Light of Love will Grow. The 3rd season of the Tzolk’in represents the planting of the Seed that will bear the Fruit of the Harvest. The K’iche Maya recognize this as the first day of a 20-day cycle of Creation. The first 13 days (the Monkey trecena) represent the Dawning of the Power to Create. The 7 days that follow manifest the Creation, celebrated as the Tzolk’in New Year. 8 Monkey/CHUEN (WAXAJQIB B’AATZ/8 B’atz) marks the Zenith Light of Pure Spirit and the Dedication of a New Life to a Mission of Love.

Monkey/CHUEN is the “Time Weaver.” The glyph illustrates all Time rolled up on the head of the Monkey. As the Master Artist, CHUEN marks the Dawning of a new Creation of Time. CHUEN rearranges the threads of our Life into a thing of Beauty as the Tapestry of our Life. CHUEN is the Time Traveler that holds the power to change the story of our Life from the Beginning to the End. 13 Night/AKBAL marks an Ascension to the Higher Consciousness that all our Dreams of Love are Destined to Come True.

The Monkey/CHUEN trecena is a cycle of Inspiration. CHUEN inspires us to create our own Reality. The Cherokee Day Sign is the Raccoon, a friendly trickster capable to coax a smile. Both the Monkey and Racoon play tricks to help us see the humor of our ways.

7th & 8th UINALS:
The Flint/ETZNAB trecena introduced us into the Core Days, guiding us to the Truth that Love is Meant to Be. Flint swept away the doubts and fears that were only an illusion to clear the way to a New and Higher Destiny. We saw “all that is not” and “all that could be” through the Consciousness to Create the Life we Love. The 8th uinal, like the 8th Tone, holds the Intention of Divine Justice. We will be guided to the Highest Light that every Intention of Love that’s created on behalf of the Whole is a Dream that was Promised to come True.

PEAK DAYS/PEAK ENERGY:
These are the most favorable days for influence, accomplishment, and Spiritual Consciousness. The higher numbered Tones are compared to a wave crashing – a powerful energy set on course to its destination.

  • 6 Wisdom/CIB – we are drawn into the Flow of Creation and connected to the Wisdom of the Ancestors.
  • 7 Earth/CABAN – balanced in the Above and Below by the Forces of Nature and the Movement of Mother Earth.
  • 8 Flint/ETZNAB – our Power is exalted by a Consciousness of Truth and an Intention of Divine Justice.
  • 9 Storm/CAUAC – our Transformation as Divine Creators is completed with the Creator’s Spark and the Revelation of our Unbridled Freedom to Create.

On 13 Dog/OC we Ascended with the Highest Meaning and Purpose for Creation. Monkey/CHUEN represents the alchemist at play that reminds us Life is a Game that we shouldn’t take so seriously. CHUEN guides a Sense of Humor to create the Happiest Dreams we can imagine. CHUEN will lead us to explore the whole landscape of our thoughts to discover the reasons why we do the things we do. The Monkey sees the Truth beyond human emotions through a perspective of curiosity. Creating is supposed to be fun, like it was when we were children. Dog/OC and Monkey/CHUEN represent the Divine aspects of a Supreme Creator shared with Humanity. Through their combined perspectives, Human’s lifetime could be a Masterpiece of Happiness and Harmony.

On 13 Dog/OC we Ascended with the Highest Reason for Creation. Knowing the Happiness of the Creator’s Love, Love will be the Happiest Dreams we Imagine.  We’ll naturally want to Create for the Sake of Love. Monkey/CHUEN will inspires us through our own Ways and the Means of Creation.

The Cherokee Day Sign is the Raccoon, a friendly trickster capable to coax a smile. The Raccoon can dig through our trash to recover discarded treasures. Both the Monkey and Racoon have a talent for cleaning up our past. They can make our beaten up dreams look shiny and new.

7th & 8th UINALS:
The 7th uinal represents the core days of the Tzolk’in round. We are crystallizing a Dream for a new Seed of our Self. The 7th uinal is the axis mundi, the whirling of life at the center and the zero-point between the Above and the Below. The 7th and 8th uinals accelerate our transformation by Divine Intervention. Monkey/CHUEN is a symbol of Human holding the Power of Creation. Flint/ETZNAB perfected the Dream of the Seed through a Higher Consciousness of Truth. Greetings Kin,

Tone 6 brings the Intention of Flow. We’ve been stabilized and empowered to harness momentum for forward movement. The energy of Tone 6 is compared to a great athlete in motion.  Tone 6 is a Peak Day for Performance in the upward climb of new Spiritual Growth.

Wisdom/CIB connects us to the Wisdom of our Ancestors. The Old Ones evidence that Wisdom is Acquired through our direct experience. As a Yellow Day Sign of the South, CIB can complete an understanding through our Relationships that will fuel our Passion.

The glyph is an illustration of the Mind in its Highest State of Consciousness. CIB reminds us that our Highest Consciousness is dependent on a Spirit of Forgiveness. Only through the release of our resentments are our minds Open to Receive and Connect with Higher Wisdom.

The next 13 days…

1 Monkey/CHUEN begins a new Season of Light. We begin the Summer Season of this Tzolk’in round of 260 days. We will multiply Love through the Miracle of Birth.

Human’s Highest Personal Experience of Spirit is taking part in the Creation of a New Consciousness. Divine Intervention is a necessary part of the Magic of Creation. The Creator is the Source of the new Divine Spark. Through the experience of Birth, we will bear witness to an Act of Divine Authority.

Monkey/CHUEN is the Weaver of Time. The glyph illustrates “time rolled up” on Monkey’s head, connecting our Past, Present and Future. Monkey works through our unconscious to draw Inspiration. The face of Monkey is similarly imposed on the glyph of Night/AKBAL, the Day Sign of Spirit that Speaks in our Dreams. Monkey/CHUEN is the Day Sign of a Dreamer, capable of manifesting the Dream. CHUEN can weave a Dream into a thing of Beauty.

7th & 8th UINALS:
We still exist in the 7th uinal that Balances the Above and the Below. The Flint/ETZNAB trecena offered a clearing of karma that Purified our Spirit. Monkey/CHUEN inspires us to Create an Expression of Unconditional Love. The 7th uinal crystallizes our vision of the future. 10 Sun/AHAU will complete the 7th uinal, balancing the Above and Below through a Revelation of Light. We will begin the 8th uinal, Purified in Spirit for Justice accomplished by Divine Intervention.

21 DAYS of CEREMONY: 1 Monkey/CHUEN marks 21 days to the K’iche Maya New Year celebrated on 8 B’atz (8 Monkey/CHUEN). Observing 21 days of personal ceremony is a traditional preparation for those who count the days to be initiated as Mayan Daykeepers on the New Year. 8 B’atz marks the Maya’s Highest Celebration of the Sacred Calendar of Creation.

PEAK DAYS/PEAK ENERGY:
The momentum of movement is created on Tone 6, the cresting of a wave of trans-formative energy. These are the most favorable days for influence and accomplishment.  The lower numbered Tones hold less energy, intended as days of inner work. On 1 Monkey/CHUEN we begin again – a new day, a new trecena, and a new season are initiated at the Zero-Point of the Tzolk’in calendar. A Healing that raised Consciousness to our own Truth has prepared us to walk in a new way. The Monkey will be our role model and guide, and can help us see the Inherent Beauty of Living. CHUEN is a magical Day Sign that lives in a World of its own Imagination.

Monkey/CHUEN is the Master of all Art that weaves the tapestry of our lives. The Monkey can lead us to a Transformation that redefines the way we See the World.

21 DAYS of CEREMONY: 1 Monkey/CHUEN marks 21 days to the K’iche Maya New Year celebrated on 8 B’atz (8 Monkey/CHUEN). Observing 21 days of prayer and sacred ceremony is a traditional preparation for the observance of the Tzolk’in calendar New Year, which is also the Initiation of the Mayan Daykeepers.

CORE DAYS/ZERO POINT: Kins 121-140 represent the 7th Uinal of Balance, the Core Days of the Tzolk’in as observed by Yucatec tradition. Together, Dog/OC and Monkey/CHUEN reside at the Center of our own Universe and vortex of the Up Above, Down Below, and the All Around. Flint’s Truth helped us to recreate Our Self. Now, the Monkey/CHUEN can set the Wheel of Life into a new motion, so we can Recreate our World.
