9 Seed / KAN – Application of Our Spiritual Nature: Day 9 of 13

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

9 Seed / KAN

Greetings Kin,

Don’t judge each day by the harvest you reap but by the seeds that you plant.” ~ Robert Louis Stevenson

On Tone 9 we are still in the Peak Energy of Transformation. Our Transformation is accomplished through incremental steps of believing. With each new discovery, we form an untested theory – a pending truth. We prove it by comparing it to a truth we already believe. We move from a theory to a truth when we find the correspondence between the “known” and “unknown.”

Tone 9 intends us for us to prove our Truth by viewing it from a Higher Perspective. Patience is called for to look deeper into our own understanding.

On 9 Seed/KAN, the Wisdom/CIB trecena of Higher Learning sends us on another fact-finding mission. We’ve been learning how our Spiritual Gifts can be a meaningful part of our lives. We carried the weight of our hopes and dreams in a Leap of Faith to find out how we could make this happen.

The Divine Agents that intervene to help us understand present a new “Spiritual Gift” that can prove that our “supernatural gifts” are an integrated part of who we are. Seed/KAN can transform us through an understanding of our “Spiritual DNA.”

Seed/KAN is an “illustration of creation” all wrapped up in a tiny seed. Mother Earth proves the truth through every creation. What is true for One is true for the Whole. What is true for planet Earth can be proven just the same from the micro to the macro.

A teaching by Tony Robbins once shared an insight on correspondence through an interview with an accountant who’d spent years tracking the ups and downs of the stock market. He discovered that the ups and downs on the chart corresponded with a universal fractal pattern. He explained how when a handful of sand was released, the grains fell back in place forming a consistent fractal pattern of ups and downs. The movement of the stock market is based on emotional ups and downs. The stock market records a history of our emotions. What he discovered was that our emotions, too, follow the same universal fractal patterns. He discerned His Truth by comparison to documented Universal Truth.

Seed/KAN is the Micro image that corresponds with with the make-up of every living thing. We learned about the Universe through our study of matter at the micro level. What we learn as truth from atoms and molecules was the “control” from which we were able to discern things at a scale too big to see through a microscope.

We can’t put ourselves under a microscope to discover our Spiritual Power, but we can discover a truth about ourselves by looking at the Seed.

From the very basic observation of what a seed can do, we know its potential to multiply – to reproduce itself through a new generation. We’ve learned the way a germinated seed finds its way to the Light is through its inherent “sense of gravity.” Even seeds placed in upside down planters, know they are upside down.

The root patterns have shown they grow up as far as they can for the purpose of having a place to grow “down.”  The only way biologists have been able to “trick” the roots to not grow toward the earth, is by applying the “man-made gravity” of centrifugal force by spinning it around sideways.  A Seed holds the consciousness of the unseen force of gravity. A Seed Knows it must rise from the pull of the world to find the Light.

We can learn from the Seed our natural tendency to grow away from the world… away from the gravity that holds us down. We can learn so much about ourselves, just by looking deeper into the Seed.

The Cherokee Day Sign for Seed is the Dragon – relating to the “force within the seed.” Under the right external conditions, it comes to life. We have to know where to place it and cultivate what it needs to grow into maturity. Though the Spark is born through the first intention of placing it in ground. Regardless of where it’s placed, as long as there’s a little Water and Earth it will make its “Leap of Faith” toward life.

Dragon energy is the Force of Life within the seed. This force corresponds with the geomagnetic forces found in the Earth as the “ley lines” (dragon lines) that exist within Planet Earth. We could compare the same forces within our body. Iron is an important component of hemoglobin, the substance in red blood cells that carries oxygen from your lungs to transport it throughout your body. The blood that circulates through our body reflects our “magnetic attraction” to the forces within Mother Earth. The “force of life” that flows through our body was designed to nourish us with the Breath of Life and Breath of Spirit.

Our “Spark” is a Divine Intention to grow toward the Light. We were designed to draw our power from the Breath of Life and Spirit. The Earth provides the way to see it under a microscope. By looking deeper we have something to compare – a truth we can apply at a macro level.

The Miracle of a Seed is that it grows in correspondence with its original design. We can’t grow an onion from a carrot seed. This Miracle is a “Spiritual Gift” from the Creator, a gift upon which we can prove the truth of our Potential for Spiritual Evolution. The Seed of our Spiritual Being will Always Grow to Maturity when it is given the nourishment it needs to grow. We never have to wonder if our effort of personal transformation is a “lost cause.” Our Seed of Spirit will continue to grow as long as we tend to it. We gave our Intention a life of its own through Breath, Matter and Movement. So will it hold the Integrity of its original seed.

Human tends to measure our “success” by what we see we’ve accomplished or accumulated. Our Human mind of reasons likes the truth to be easily visible. It’s our natural instinct to base truth on “facts” we can see right in front of us. From a Higher Perspective we look at the whole picture of how we began. The Seed itself doesn’t create the Miracle, the Miracle is born from the Intention of its Designer.

Our actualization as a Spiritual Being doesn’t rely solely on our own effort. We will grow into what we were designed to be with a little dirt and water. Connected to Mother Earth with regular doses of water that holds the Ether of Spirit, we will manifest the Gifts of Knowing.

Seed/KAN reveals the Power of an Intention. We don’t have to measure our success by the harvest, but by the Choice of our Intention. Intention brings our Spirit to Life. Our Intentions are resilient and enduring. We could see how forgiving a Seed of Life can be. A plant that is wasting away can be brought back to life quickly by restoring the balance of earth and water. Succeeding at every attempt isn’t expected. The original intention endures in the integrity of our Choice.

We won’t find the proof we need wholly from a Spiritual Experience. Those experiences are subject to our emotional ups and downs. When we lose Faith, we no longer have to see it as a failure that could set us back.

By design, we are able to move up and down and around our worldly obstacles to reach the Light. By Intention we can claim the truth of our Spiritual Experiences and remember how it was presented so clearly.

To all my relations, may we consider how wonderfully we were made. May we see our bond with Mother Earth to know that everything that is true of her is true for us too. She is a creation of Divine Design capable to maintain a perfect balance, orbiting the Sun. We are held in orbit by Divine Intention. May we discover a magic so High it exceeds our Human reason prove it.

May we hear what the Old Ones are trying to make clear… all truth is correspondent. We should never accept our first impression of the truth. Belief can never be full established on a theory. To Believe we must look deeper to prove that the theory corresponds with the truth we Know. To satisfy our Human Mind of Reason, the Creator made Truth Universal so it could be applied to everything – be it plant, animal, human, or spirit.  Our “earthly identity” is known by the world by an outer expression. The Creator discerns our “spiritual identity” by the Truth of our Intentions.

A NEW COMMITMENT TO GRATITUDE:

I’m sharing a the “21-Days of Gratitude” as a perpetual Personal Ceremony through the next journey to 8 Monkey/CHUEN Maya New Year.  The “21 days” begin and end on Jaguar/IX. NOTE: I’m having a terrible time keeping an accurate count. I lost two days somewhere. (For reference, this 21-day count began on 12 Jaguar/IX.)

21-Days of Gratitude: Day 11

I’m grateful that I will grow into my Spiritual Gifts by Divine Design.

9 Seed/KAN (Cherokee, Dragon/ UKTE’NA   O’STO)

Galactic Tone 9: Patience. The energy of Nine is one of the getting a better perspective of the bigger picture. With the energy of Nine, plans or patterns begin to come to completion. Nine requires patience and perseverance that is found in the bigger picture, otherwise there is great suffering from the lack of insight. The completion of cycles of action is all-important to Nine.

Seed/KAN: Family, sexual activity and the magic of germination are the characteristics of this sun sign. Natural net workers, Seed people strive to free themselves and others from debt or oppressive patterns of the past. Abundance is gathered by Seeds as if with a cast net. Seed persons are public defenders who work toward uniting community by discovering hidden traps and secret influences of others. To generate true abundance, Seed must learn to appreciate all gifts and lessons received and conduct profound investigations into its self. In the absence of gratefulness and the courage to face oneself, Seed finds itself in less than less fertile environments.

Cherokee, Dragon/UKTE’NA   O’STO: Dragon’s symbol is Draco winding between the Little Dipper and Big Dipper. Dragon is the Corn Spirit, symbol of dual personality of Corn Mother and Maiden. Fertility and pro-creation from generation to generation. The word dragon means ” eye, to look at, to see clearly”.  Spirit brings energy of Lawgiver, Justice, vigilance and protective, loyal unto death. Ley lines in China are “dragon lines”, energy is sometimes called “orgone energy”, pyramid power or magnetic force. Pyramids and kivas are collector portals for this energy, known as vortexes. Dragon energy beats a path everywhere, stirring things up with a big stick in tune with the beat of the drum, heartbeat of the Earth.
