MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL
On Peak Tone 7 we complete the Human effort of a climb to the Higher Consciousness of Love. Number 7 lies in the center of 13 as the place of Balance. Tone 7 holds the “great law” of Creation, “As Above, So Below.”
Our Offering to Divine Will is reaching beyond our own limitations. Our greatest strength to stand in Truth will be the result of standing still on shaking ground. We will be measured by the Intention, not Human’s success. We didn’t reach high enough, if we haven’t failed.
The Jaguar always meets us at the top of the pyramid, where it guards the Highest Altar and all the Truth of Love. Tone 7 holds an intention of Reflection to see All that is, and All that is Not. The Jaguar’s heightened senses share the Consciousness of the dimension of ALL Time.
On 7 Star/LAMAT our Highest climb to Know the Creator’s Dream, the Jaguar is waiting there to share its vision in the realm of Spirit. Given the Earth Magic of Gratitude, the Jaguar will only show us All the Beauty “That Is.” All the Beauty that “Is Not” will be invisible. We’ll KNOW if we can see it, it’s part of the Beauty of a Miracle.
Star/LAMAT holds the power of Instant Manifestation, the stuff of Miracles. We are all Miracles made of the stuff of Stars. LAMAT’s totem is the Rabbit, marking a day of “pure luck.” Like the Rabbit, overflowing with Love, the “Object of our Affection” will be Multiplied to Abundance. LAMAT is a day to focus on what you want and forget what you don’t want. At the top of the pyramid, with a 360 view, we can see the Beauty of the Creation “That Is,” all around. What we Behold will be Multiplied to Abundance.
We started a new climb from the Higher Ground of the Offering/MULUC trecena. We were inspired to serve as a living sacrifice, carrying out the journey that the Creator dreamed for us. Through the Intention to offer our Self to the Experience, we would hold the Power TO CARRY OUT the Offering.
Through the Light of MULUC and the Wind of change, the landscape will reveal the Truth of Miracles from the Wisdom of a Personal Experience.
Miracles can’t be Seen or Acknowledged until there’s a Human failure. If we haven’t failed yet, we didn’t imagine a Dream beyond our own limitation. We HAVE to Fail TO SEE a Miracle. Our Faith is the Sacred Offering that is Promised a Divine Exchange.
To make the Offering we have to Release something from Human hands into the Creator’s Hands. The Wisdom of an Offering is learning to Let Go. Letting go means Giving Up on Human ideas on what a Miracle in progress should look like.
MULUC intends for us to sacrifice our Whole Heart so ALL our Emotions can be healed. Seeing nothing but Beauty, we can stand on the Truth that the Creator intended us to see as we follow a path back and forth to an altar. If we pay attention to the Journey we can see along the way, flowers blooming, living things living, green beings reaching, and Love that flows like rain over it all. We can see it anytime we want to.
Letting go means Giving Up. We never need more than One Truth to make a Divine Discernment. Did a Creator of Unconditional Love dream our most Beautiful Destiny? Or does Human have a better idea? If we hold Faith in the Divinity of the Creation, we have the Sense to Know that Miracles are beyond Human understanding.
In my worldly realm this Mercury Retrograde has returned experiences of old failures and limitations. Like weeds, they were never seen worthy To Be. Communications have gone off the rails. Computers have lost access to their connections and software has failed. Typos are the “new normal.” In the Night, the whole world looked so broken, I cried for all of us. I lost the Will to Try anything else. Lighting candles and offering prayers at the altar, all I could offer was the Willingness to be made Willing. I gave up trying to make myself do what I thought that I should be doing to make things change.
Only when Human can’t see a way of their own, do we reach the end of the Road of Human’s Destiny. Always, at the End of our Road, we can cross the threshold of Divine Power. Giving up is the Permission for a Divine Authority to take over.
The Light that shines from us, is the Wish we Dream could come True, and Faith living in us that keeps turning us to an altar when all our Hope is gone.
It takes ALL our Time and Experience to see the WHOLE Story of our Circle of Life. The Greatest stories are epics beyond generations. The more Time that’s included in every story, the more Truth there is in the Understanding. The more you see of the Whole Story of Time, the less evidence you need to know the Truth of the Creator’s promise. With the Highest Consciousness of the Creator’s Love, we would only have to see a Newborn Child.
“Even the darkest night will end and the sun will rise.”
― Victor Hugo, Les Misérables
Star/LAMAT is the Day Sign of the Scion, the Newborn Only Child of the Creator. We are just as unique as we are all the same. Each one, as Don Alejandro tells us, “All fingers of the same Hand.”
LAMAT is a symbol of Venus, the Star that Appears in both darkness and light as the Morning and Evening Star. The orbit of Venus defines Time as the star observed to accurately calculate the Haab’s “vague year” Leap of Time. The Return of Venus marks a Universal synchronicity of Time.
Venus, like the Corn, was a symbol of Humanity, the brightest heavenly object that shines its own light, only second to the Sun. Humanity was created as a Personification of the Creator’s Light on Earth – capable to shine in darkness or in light.
“The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.”
That is the Universal Story all around us. Our destiny is the journey that always Returns to Light. We were given our own Divine Orbit for a “Venus return” to the place where we “See what is” perfectly aligned with the Whole.
Each dark journey presents us with the opportunity to choose the Object of our Attention. We don’t have to fear getting lost in the Unknown, when we see the path we’re on always returns to the Light.
Star/LAMAT resides in the South, the direction of our Relationships with one another and the Natural World. When God’s Love is the Object of our Affection, there will be no injustice in the world to see.
“Miracles” is the Offering of Faith we can claim for the future. At the top of the pyramid we’re empowered for a Leap of Faith. In the Reflection Above – like the Jaguar sees a Reflection on the water – the stairs that lead down in the Below, extend as stairs that continue even Higher into the Realm of Spirit. Our Eyes are meant to See the Dream that exists in the Realm of Spirit.
The glyph that illustrates a Star, is also an illustration of the hole made in the ground for planting the Seed. A tool driven into the earth is pushed back and forth one way and then another. We are planting our own Highest Wisdom for a future harvest cycle. In the 12th uinal we are drawing to completion our Understanding and Comprehension of what we have created. The Fruit of our Own Seed is on the vine, and we Know it holds the Greater Seed for a new generation.
The glyph marks the 4 directions, to remind us that our Way of Stability will be to shine our Light equally all around. The Jaguar Guards our thoughts at the Highest Altar.
To all my relations, may we Know the Power of Spirit that waited for us at a Divine Altar for ALL Time. May we Know that the Ascended Ones that guide us, see for us, the Miracle in every Newborn Divine Human Being.
May we dream Love for each other and “Let Go” to Know the Power of Authority. When our Human eyes see “Impossible” may we See the Light of our Spirit that rejoices for the Time and Place of a Miracle.
We are Light, Only Light, Eternal Light. OUR Light shines in the darkness,
and the darkness cannot overcome it.
much love, in lak’ech – i am another you,
Debra, Jaguar Woman, 9 Eagle/MEN
AN INVITATION OF SPIRIT: The last places we’ve met together in Spirit have been at the Holy Ground of Sacred Ceremony. Now I’m inviting you to a place in Spirit. There’s a big over-stuffed chair with a comfy pillow and a throw with a view of the garden. An Angel at the altar will collect your troubles so you won’t have to worry or do anything. I’ll light a candle and say some prayers. The place is fully stocked. If you need anything just ask. Otherwise, I’ll just carry on like you’re family. all my love, in lak’ech, Debra

7 Star/LAMAT (Cherokee , Rabbit/NOQUI’SEGWA)
Galactic Tone 7: Reflective. Seven stands as a mirror to divide light and dark and to reflect all that is and is not. Seven is associated with the source of creation and the flow of Divine Will. With a keen sense of ethics, Seven establishes purpose to current and future goals.
Star/LAMAT: Star energy is multiplication of all things to abundance. Star has been associated with the fertility of rabbits for its ability to multiply. As each sun in the sky, Star persons shine equally in all directions. This natural tendency of harmony and balance can become compulsion, motivating Star to be too agreeable and too generous, rejected gifts cause fear and resentment. When a Star believes it has been given too much, they are weakened or may even collapse. In this “Black Hole” state, Stars are prone to verbal jousting and arguing to force their point of view on everyone.
Cherokee, Rabbit/NOQUI’SEGWA: Symbol-Venus, The Morning Star cycle of 260 days and Evening Star cycle of another 260 days, inspired the 13 numbers, 20 Day sign Sacred Calendar. Rabbit is the Trickster of Cherokee culture, matching the Coyote in other nations. The personification of Light and New Life, Sunrise, the scion of the Moon-Father of earth children, the Rabbit is fertility, be fruitful and multiply. Represents softness, gentleness and vulnerability. LAMAT– Totem Rabbit. Energies of re-birth, regeneration, ripening, harvest and abundance. This person is overflowing with love energy in all areas of life. Spiritual growth is natural and with ease due to the unconditional love energy that flows.
