7 Deer/MANIK: Spiritual Tools / The Power of Shamanic Practice

THE TRECENA OF CROCODILE/IMIX: Beginning a New Harvest of Creation

don Oscar Miro-Quesada

Greetings Kin,

I’m drawn to share an interview with the Elder who was a teacher of the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition of Universal Shamanism. don Oscar Miro-Quesada has drawn together a shamanic practice from the Andean traditions, with Consciousness of many indigenous paths that offer Divine Archetypes through which to imagine another perspective and Divine Point of View. He explains about the realm of Spirit that is constructed over Time, through relationship with all things of Mother Earth and to realize our Divine Identity and the Reality that is created from Divine Vision.

I didn’t choose this path of organized community that took hours a way from a Tzolkin altar created under another Intended purpose to follow the 20 Archetypes as they are expressed in the Maya’s calendar of Human Creation. Though, the precepts are the same. We can learn something new about our way from another way. And we can also choose ANY way that speaks clearest to the Time and Place where we are on our own journey.

I learned a great many things from don Oscar Miro-Quesada, first of all, the Power of Love that can be sent long distance in a very powerful way that can be Seen and Acknowledged and Felt by a Human Being. The Power I felt through his way, was a Truth to believe for All Divine Ways in an earlier climb to Believe in the Reality Above.

In this Time and Place when so many claim to be shaman, Don Oscar explains that “shaman” were the Indigenous Elders long ago who shared a way. He doesn’t define himself as a “shaman,” only a practitioner of the shamanic ways. All the Sacred Words and Ways shared in different ways, offer a comparison for a Being of Duality to see there is more than One Way that leads to an altar, and ALL ways ARE Divine by any Name they’re given.

5 Serpent / CHICCHAN – Dawn of a New Awakening: Day 5 of 13

THE TRECENA OF CROCODILE/IMIX: Beginning a New Harvest of Creation

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

5 Serpent / CHICCHAN

Greetings Kin,

Tone 5 holds the Intention of Empowerment. Symbolizing the Center of the cube, 5 is an organizing Force of Human Intelligence that takes stock of the ways and means to complete a task, and gathers the tools for each application. It is an Inherent thought of Divine Design. Through this body of thought, we engage Human’s Will through the Feeling “I Can.”

On Tone 5, a calendar within guides us to the “next thing” in Divine Order. Knowing we have the means to create, is the next step from a first Leap of Faith. We don’t even have to learn to do it. We ALWAYS gather the resources for creation before we begin any creation, at least when we’re invested by Love in the results.

Serpent/CHICCHAN offers the Gift of “Lightning in the Blood.” KAN was the little spark in the seed. CHICCHAN is the Spark from Above, a Magnified Force, that ignites Human’s Spark of Knowing. “Lightning in the Blood” is what the Maya call the Sixth Sense of the Heart. We’ve all shared the experience so there’s a Divine Meaning and Purpose. CHICCHAN connects us to the Truth in the Moment.

CHICCHAN is the Feathered Serpent, Kulkulkan (Quetzlcoatl), the Light and Vibration of Sound that Descends along the stairs of the Temple of Kulkulkan, the El Castillo calendar pyramid at Chichen Itza.

Lightning creates a path between one positive charge and another through which the Light of Plasma will connect with Mother Earth. CHICCHAN is the Lightning that grabs our Heart. We have all experienced CHICCHAN. It’s meant to catch Human’s attention, and it does. We noticed and never thought to ask if there was a meaning or purpose.

CHICCHAN is related to the Kundalini energy that travels from the root chakra to the crown of the head. When you begin to pay attention to these events, you’ll notice how much is going on when you have it. First, it’s involuntary. Actors learn how to use it – to cry on demand – by going back to a Time and Place where they felt that before. We have the power to go back to feelings too. Important Times and Places were marked by CHICCHAN. We can get in touch with our own Truth, by going back to those places to feel again, and find the treasure of its meaning and purpose.

CHICCHAN is that gut feeling when we are in the presence of danger. CHICCHAN is the overwhelming feelings that wash over us when we see another Human Being being celebrated for an accomplishment, or we’ve seen a Divine Reunion of Love at a Homecoming. CHICCHAN stops Human thoughts in their tracks, and turns us toward the whole investment of FEELING the experience. 5 Serpent/CHICCHAN ignites an Empowerment in us through Feelings. Truth that’s REAL is Known by Feeling. We don’t need any more evidence. WE KNOW. We Clearly See Truth that can’t be hidden.

5 Serpent / CHICCHAN – Dawn of a New Awakening: Day 5 of 13

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

5 Serpent / CHICCHAN

Greetings Kin,

Tone 5 holds the Intention of Empowerment. Symbolizing the Center of the cube, 5 is an organizing Force of Intelligence.

4 Seed/KAN guided an investigation into Self. we defined what was needed and saw all that would be needed as our fertile soil. Tone 5 is the inherent thought to round up the resources that will be needed for every application. We are Empowered for Creation by Spiritual Tools and a strategy.

In the Dawn of a New Awakening, we will see them from a Higher Consciousness.

Serpent/CHICCHAN, like KAN, is another Dragon symbol. Seed/KAN opened our eyes to the Truth of our Design. Like Tone 5, CHICCHAN is a Central Force within that Ignites ALL our Spiritual Gifts of Knowing.

CHICCHAN lights the fuse that magnifies and explodes the life force itself. Knowledge, combining science, technology and psychology, plus spirituality are seeded on the planet.

CHICCHAN is a catalyst of Spiritual Forces. CHICCHAN is the Light within the Seed that knows when it’s time to wake up. CHICCHAN is a Force we can FEEL in the human body. Compared to the Kundalini energy, CHICCHAN is a Spiritual Gift of “Lightning in the Blood,” the Maya call a Sixth Sense of the Heart.

CHICCHAN resides in the East, holding the Element of Fire. Fire is a FORCE of Pure Energy. CHICCHAN connects us Body and Soul in Communion with Spirit. CHICCHAN shares the gift of Seeing Clearly.

TRUTH always leads us in a Divine Direction. We comprehend Truth through the Conscious Discernment of Wisdom and Experience.  IMIX symbolizes the Divine Feminine. The IMIX trecena is teaching us Discernment. As a Divine Seed, our Resource for Discernment is a Divine Communion we can Feel.

5 Serpent / CHICCHAN – Dawn of a New Awakening: Day 5 of 13

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

5 Serpent / CHICCHAN

Greetings Kin,

Tone 5 holds the Intention of Empowerment. Representing the center of the cube, Tone 5 establishes the central organizing force for the management and application of our Spiritual Resources. We could compare the Intention of Tone 5 to the Consciousness that controls the Avatar in a game, the one who selects the armor and tools that are called for the task.

So is Serpent/CHICCHAN a fundamental source for the Empowerment of our Spirit. CHICCHAN is the catalyst of Spirit that turns on the Power to all our Gifts of Knowing.

CHICCHAN lights the fuse that magnifies and explodes the life force itself. Knowledge, combining science, technology and psychology, plus spirituality are seeded on the planet.

We were born with Spiritual Gifts. We can Know by the Creator’s Intention of Harmony and Equity that we were ALL Gifted the Same, at the Same Time, and our Gifts would be Given Equally to Serve the Same Meaning and Purpose. Our Spiritual Gifts are operating perfectly all the time. Designed by the Hand of the Creator, these tools will never fail.

The Meaning and Purpose of our Spiritual Tools is to Know the Truth. Knowing the Truth is fundamental to the Divine Discernment that will guide all of our Creations. Knowing the Truth empowers our Creations with their Highest Meaning and Purpose. Knowing our own Truth, we’ll grow from the Wisdom of our Experience. All our Choices can be based on Truth instead of the false truth of our illusions.

5 Serpent/CHICCHAN empowers our Divine Consciousness. We were given the Spiritual Gift of knowing the Truth when we hear it. The only thing that ever prevents us from managing and applying our most Divine Gift of Spirit, is the Consciousness that it exists. Through the Empowerment of CHICCHAN, all our faculties of Divine Consciousness are drawn together. CHICCHAN is the catalyst of Knowing they exist.

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

5 Serpent / CHICCHAN

Greetings Kin,

All the conditions are right for the Seed of our Dream to take hold in the Womb of our Mother. IMIX that leads this trecena is the Primordial Mother that holds us in the Void of all possibility. This is a trecena to take note of the Voices that speak to us of Dreams and Ideas.

On Tone 5 we are ignited by Serpent/CHICCHAN, the catalyst that ignites our Consciousness. CHICCHAN is the Day Sign of “lightning in the blood” that bestirs our blood to speak. CHICCHAN’s energy is a Sixth Sense of Knowing that engages our Whole Being, like a Divine Charge of Electricity.

Tone 5 holds the Intention of Empowerment, bringing the Power to complete a Spiritual Climb. Our Power will come as a Discernment of Spirit we Feel within.

CHICCHAN awakens our Intuition and Knowing through the blood. Our blood is the water that holds the Ether of Spirit. Our Spark is the pulse that beats in rhythm with our Mother Earth. Through a language without words, we will simply Know our Oneness with the Creator.

Greetings Kin,

All the conditions are right and good for the Seed of our Dream to take hold in the Womb of our Mother. IMIX that leads this trecena is the Primordial Mother that holds us in the Void of all possibility.

On Tone 5 we are ignited by Serpent/CHICCHAN, the catalyst that brings Life to our Consciousness that our Seed is growing inside. We all share the same Dream of Happiness and Love. There are many ways to accomplish this same thing. We don’t have to know what they are when we surrender our Dream to the Creator. We make possible an unlimited number of ways for our Dream to come true.

Serpent/CHICCHAN is the Day Sign of “lightning in the blood.” CHICCHAN awakens our Intuition and Knowing through the blood that moves through our body. Our blood is the water that holds the Ether of Spirit. Our Spark is the pulse that beats in rhythm with our Mother Earth. We will discern this Truth by something we Feel. Through a language without words, we will simply Know our Oneness with the Creator.

5 Serpent/CHICCHAN – Experiencing Our Identity

Greetings Kin,

5 Serpent/CHICCHAN

Considering the magic held in every seed brought me to a greater appreciation for how we have been created. Our ability to create another human being with a unique body, personality, and spirit is magic so big I can’t help but underestimate its wonder. I question if ANY dream we hope for requires even a fraction of that much magic?

We can know we are made of magic, though it isn’t  our own Truth until we experience it in our hearts.
