Greetings Beloved Kin,

Monkey/CHUEN is the archetype of a Divine Creator. CHUEN is Day that marks the Initiation of the Mayan Daykeepers, those who count the days to know the meaning of Time. CHUEN is the “Weaver of Time.” The glyph shows “all time rolled up” on the Monkey’s head.

The Monkey is the Master of all arts, a Genius of the animal kingdom for its unlimited talent of Human expressions. CHUEN holds position 11, the number that symbolizes Inspiration from a Divine Source Above. The Dog/OC in position 10, and the Monkey/CHUEN in position 11 reside as One at the top of the uinal pyramid, said to hold affinity.

The Dog shares the Inspiration of Unconditional Love. The Monkey is inspired by Love to manifest the Beauty-of-Creation.

The Monkey embraces the Gift of Consciousness in the same way the Dog embraces the Gift of Unconditional Love. When the two are united as One, there’s no limit to the Beauty we could create and the Truth we could know about the Whole Creation.

Together, they reflect a question often posed by those who intend to motivate others to achieve their highest accomplishment, “What would you do, if you knew you couldn’t fail?”

CHUEN has the Sense to put Love into practice to create a world out of Dreams. CHUEN leads the 1st Season of the K’iche Chol Q’ij (South) Human calendar. By the Northern count, CHUEN guides the 3rd season of Creation – the blossoming of Life in Human’s cycle of Harvest. Monkey/CHUEN believes in the Reality of Dreams. A canvas Above holds the Masterpiece in progress. Monkey watches through the expanse of Time below, a Witness to every stroke that was guided by a Light of Divine Inspiration.

CHUEN can help us FEEL Truth of a Divine Power running straight from our Heart through our Hands. Monkey/CHUEN holds the potential for a mystical experience of Consciousness – the Unseen Truth of Reality we Feel and Know. CHUEN’s Spiritual Experience can feel like an “instant manifestation” of Common Sense. We Know we Know, and there’s a LOT more we Know we can Know, and USE.

On Peak Tone 6 we enter the Divine Flow. Momentum was created through a rhythm and pattern of movement. Tone 6 is an “inspiration for movement” compared to a great athlete, engaging every Divine Resource into a Race toward the end.

The 6th Hour of the day is the last hour before the zenith Light. The Divine Human thought of Creation is to engage our resources in their most efficient way. We learn a better way as Time goes along. Like stuffing a pile of envelopes, we started one-by-one. It was easier as an assembly line.

We started with the “end in mind” and now we see a “higher end.” It’s beyond our imagination just how far we could go. We want to SEE just how far we could go. On Tone 6 we let go and go with the flow with all our heart. All the steps we practiced fall into the Beauty of a Divine “work” of Consciousness, and Truth that will uphold our Faith in the Future. We Feel the Power of Love in Heart, engaging the Mind to Flow through Human’s hand.

Peak Tone 6 holds the Intention of Flow. Through a rhythm and pattern of Movement we generate Momentum.  “A body in motion will tend to stay in motion.” Intention is the Force to keep moving us forward, back and forth.

Monkey/CHUEN is the Creator and a Master of the Arts. Holding affinity with Dog/OC, they represent the Gifts to be a Divine Human Being. Dog/OC Knows Love everywhere, and Monkey/CHUEN Expresses the Beauty through our heart.

Monkey/CHUEN is a day of alchemy and mystical experiences of the mind. CHUEN is the “weaver of time.” As the Master of Arts, CHUEN weaves time as the tapestry of our Life, creating Beauty through the Contrast. Monkey/CHUEN helps us to see things from an Intuitive perspective. CHUEN is a celebration of Consciousness.

The Monkey is a trickster, like the Cherokee Racoon. We’re guided to have a sense of humor. The Elders say that it takes courage to Know Thyself. With the help of Monkey/CHUEN, we can see the Human comedy and drama. To the Monkey and Raccoon life is a performance, to prove what we can do. The Monkey guides us to create a Spectacle in our Imagination.

CHUEN resides in the West, the direction of the Unknown Experience, and the Darkness of Unlimited Possibility. The Monkey leads us into the realm of our Imagination. Holding the Element of Water, the Monkey/CHUEN can raise our Spirits. Monkey can help us overcome emotions with a gift of curiosity.

Greetings Kin,

On Tone 6 we enter the Peak Energy of the trecena. On Tone 6 we enter the Flow, the Momentum created from a Rhythm and Pattern of Movement. In the 6th hour of Light, late morning, we are engaged in our work in a flow of applying the tools at hand.

Like stuffing a pile of envelopes, we no longer approach it as one-at-a-time effort, but as a process like an assembly line. Tone 6 is related to the performance of a great athlete who knows the steps well enough that the Way become second nature. When we forget the incremental steps, a whole way of movement becomes an Expression of the Intention.

Tone 6 offers the Truth that trial and error is a Divine Way when we keeping trying again, or keep trying something new.  On Tone 6 we can See the Overall Effect IS moving us forward. Every which way we attempt to Express our Love is the Forward Movement of our Spirit.

Monkey/CHUEN is the nahaul of a Divine Creator. The Monkey’s way is represented by its position as Number 11. 11 is the symbol of a Divine Antennae that tunes us in to a Higher Frequency of Thought. Number 11 is the symbol of two Ones standing together, aligned in the same Meaning and Purpose. The Dog and the Monkey are said to hold an Affinity as the two perspectives that are central to a Supreme Creator. One holds the Wisdom of Love, and the other sees Love as reason for Creation.

Greetings Kin,

The Peak Tone 6 generates the momentum of Flow through a Rhythm and Pattern of Movement. We’ve stabilized an Intention to Love as our Offering. Dog gave us the Power to carry it out by looking for the Love in everything. Given the Best ways and the means and doing our best to carry on we saw how each a Choice to Love could be, enough to keep choosing Love as the way for a Family to be drawn to each other.

At our last Ascension, we learned what a blessing that family is and can be. We realized how the strings of Love could tie a Divine Family together.

Monkey/CHUEN is the Master of all Art, known as the Weaver of Time. CHUEN is the Day Sign of a Creator of Beauty. CHUEN can help tie up the loose ends so that our own family portrait will reflect all the Beauty that could be.

Human is the Master Artist that can turn any demonstration of Love into a thing of Beauty. Like the Dog’s bone. We can see it two ways as either a messy thing, or as a thing of beauty in the Intention. Human holds the Sacred Right to choose what we see. We can’t change what our Human eyes see, and we can’t change what our Spirit sees. Our Spirit will always see love. We can choose which set of eyes we use to Look for Love.

MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

Greetings Kin,

Tone 6 is the “taking off” point in the flow of this trecena. “Six is the movement of volume through space that creates time. This energy in action is like the art of dance or a great athlete in motion. Six facilitates dynamic developments in all aspects of life.”

Today our Intention is moved by momentum as our climb begins to take on a greater meaning and purpose. Dog/OC and Monkey/CHUEN are said to exist in affinity. Residing together at the center of the Tzolk’in, they are the two Archetypes central to the Identity of the Creator. They offer the Power and the Way of Movement to manifest our own Divine Identity.

Dog raises our Consciousness to the Power of Unconditional Love. Love is our Super Power. We can overcome our Human limitations, when we do anything for the sake of Love. Love makes us willing to sacrifice our Self for another.

Monkey/CHUEN is the Weaver of Time. CHUEN knows the value of our time on Earth. Under the Intention of Tone 6, CHUEN demonstrates a way of movement that turns our investment of time into a work of Art. The Monkey is said to weave all the threads of our experience into the tapestry of our life. Through Higher Consciousness, Love can be the artist’s tools and medium with which to create Beauty through the Art of Living.
