Each one delivered a couple of new sticks to add to their collection, plus they shared some quality time together observing their vast territory.

Plans for an Expanding Circle of Life

Jackie and Shadow have been spending time “Blessing and Repairing their home.” They’ve been gathering sticks for home improvements. This should be a very interesting season. Their last two offspring, Sunny and Gizmo, have also been seen visiting the old homestead. They may still be close to home to meet some new brothers or sisters.

The last time I saw Jackie, the spot on her head was gone. Now it’s back. This post includes the REAL news from Sandy at Friends of Big Bear Valley. She has the answer for that too.
