Greetings Kin,

Tone 9 brings the Intention of Patience to get a better perspective on the big picture. There is said to be potential for great suffering if there is lack of insight. Completion of plans or patterns of movement are all-important to 9. We’re called to look deeper into a new understanding. Tone 9 encourages us to look beyond our Self.

The “suffering” we can avoid is a potential misapplication of our own Power. Our Divine Power was meant to serve the Greater Good of the Whole. Unlimited Power holds a great responsibility in its potential corruption. It was a gift we were given to extend the Blessings of the Creator in an interest of Harmony and Equity.

Reed/BEN is a Day Sign of Divine Discernment. The glyph illustrates an altar in its horizontal line. The vertical columns above are the channels that connect Heaven and Earth, through which we hold communion with the Creator. Below are the prayer mats where Human kneels in Humility. In Humility we reside in a State of Grace as we surrender our Power under the Direction of a Divine Creator.

Reed/BEN is the Day Sign of Family and Home, and the care of our children. Reed/BEN is observed as a day to Bless and Repair our home. Reed calls for Integrity within our family, friends and community. We were Divinely Placed to provide our greatest service.

10-DAY PORTAL: Element of Ether
The Serpent/CHICCHAN trecena presents 10 Portal Days in a row (Tones 2 thru 12). Our experiences will be magnified by a thinning of the veil and an opening to other dimensions. On 9 Reed/BEN a portal magnifies our Sense of Communion with the Creator. A new Transformation can be completed as a channel is opened through which we would be guided by Divine Discernment. We learn that our Divine Authority must be representative of a Higher Authority.  A Portal magnifies the channel through which the Creator directs the use of our Power.

Our power wasn’t meant to be used to gain privilege in the world. There is suffering when we are guided by the Intentions of the Lower Self of our Ego. As Divine Agents we are meant to be a Demonstration of the Creator’s Power. We weren’t make to take the credit, but point to the Divine Source of our Power.

Tone 9 is a day of Transformation, guided by Divine Intervention. A Portal can magnify our Gift of Divine Discernment, so we can hear the Voice of our Higher Self that exists in constant communion with the Creator. Through our Humility and Communion with the Creator, we allow a Divine Authority to direct our power.

Reed/BEN calls us to operate from our Higher Self. Receiving unlimited power, our Lower Self might first consider all the ways we might use it to benefit ourselves. Our Ego could lead to a corruption of Power if we allow our Lower Self to discern we are special from the rest. Reed/BEN reminds us that we are All the first-born children of the Creator. We all stand first-in-line to a Divine Inheritance.

Our Higher Self is capable to draw the Wisdom beyond our Human Understanding. To discern the difference between the motivations of our Lower and Higher Self requires us to be vigilant to our thoughts. Not every bright idea is worthy of an investment of Divine Power. Each one should be turned over and seen from all sides. Each prayer and intention must be offered with the consideration of “thy will be done.” With the Patience to look deeper into our motivation, we will recognize a Sense of Knowing what the Creator would have us do.

We can know the Divinity of our Intention when we are inspired to use our Power for the Greater Good of the Whole. We will recognize Divine Discernment when Harmony and Equity is the motive of our Intention.

When our Power is only held for ourselves, our own self-entitlement leads to the suffering of being separated from the Whole. Our Lower Self is inclined to see this Power as a limited quantity and think there’s not enough to go around. Or, our Ego might discern this Power as evidence that we are better or more deserving than the rest. Our Life Mission is to Rise with the Whole of Humanity. Only through our Collective Power are we capable to manifest Peace and Harmony.

Tone 9 helps to shift our focus to the Greater Good of the Whole. Reed/BEN calls our Heart to Home and Family as our greatest realm of influence. This is the place where we help others rise to their Spiritual Maturity. Those around us will be influenced by the way we use our Power. There would be great suffering if we don’t pass on the example of Integrity. We would corrupt the Truth of a Divine Inheritance.

Reed/BEN offers and experience that will help us Stand in our Truth and walk in our Integrity. Through Humility and self-examination, we can see the Power in sharing our weakness as well as our strength. We are meant to show proof that our Power wasn’t earned, but is a Gift of Divine Grace.

9 Reed/BEN offers the Power to Reveal our Authentic Self. Through Humility, we would no longer have to prove anything to the world. Through Higher Discernment we can see our Humility is a greater influence than being “Holier than Thou.” Though we constantly strive for perfection, our Perfect State of Being will be accomplished when we rise to become One in the Full Light of the Creator. When we project a false image of perfection, we fail to share the Grace of Love that holds no conditions. It’s said that the channels of light represented by the glyph don’t reach down all the way, to reflect that until we rise to exist in the Realm of Spirit the Power of Unconditional Love is beyond our Human understanding.

Through the Humility of our brokenness, we demonstrate our Need of Divine Grace and the greatness of Divine Power to overcome the weakness of our own Human Nature. We could think of how we are influenced by stories of overcoming. We don’t hold the same regard for the accomplishments of those who had advantages over another. We regard as Heroes the ones who succeeded in spite of their limitation.

Through the sharing of our authentic selves we share the Divinity of our Inheritance. It takes great courage to reveal our weaknesses to others. It’s counter-intuitive to our Human desire to be seen “as good or better than the rest.” If we look deeper we can see that our attachment to worldly validation is the source of motives that would corrupt our Power. Through a Divine Channel we would find the Highest Discernment of our Value is drawn directly from God.  As Divine Agents, the opinion of a Divine Authority is the only one that matters.

To all my relations, may we break through the barrier of our own self-esteem. May we rejoice in the brokenness that proves that our Power wasn’t earned, but was a Gift of Love that held no conditions. May we receive the courage to be seen in our weakness. When we share our authentic self, demonstrate to others that they, too, are worthy of the gift. As Divine Agents, our greatest Witness is a story of Divine Power that overcame our limitation. We are called to apply the Spiritual Tool of Vigilance to our thoughts as Reed/BEN can help us Discern the Voice of the Creator.  The Happiness we hope to Create is only possible when we apply our Power to an Intention that serves the Whole. Serving only our Self our Power is Corrupted and only leads to suffering. May we Repair and Bless our closest relationships through the sharing of our own Human weaknesses and challenges. May we demonstrate a Love that doesn’t require perfection and shows that Transformation is made possible by the experience of overcoming.

9 Reed/BEN (Cherokee, Reed/I’HYA)

Galactic Tone 9: Patience. The energy of Nine is one of the getting a better perspective of the bigger picture. With the energy of Nine plans or patterns begin to come to completion. Nine requires patience and perseverance that is found in the bigger picture, otherwise there is great suffering from the lack of insight. The completion of cycles of action is all-important to Nine.

Reed/BEN: Reed persons are the spiritual essence, protectors and guiding light for family and home. They are competent speakers who will take up a cause. Very tough and analytical, Reeds endeavor to bring peace, harmony and order to all o their relations. Reeds are blessed with great skill at negotiations and consoling which are very often put to the test. Although Reeds need a lot of appreciation, may have marriage or business problems because of inflexible vies and high expectations, which erode affinity. The lesson for Reed is to be like a garden hose, not a steel pipe. Bless or repair your house.

Cherokee, Reed/I’HYA: Symbol-Reed is the Earth, reflection of the Star Chaga of Pollux. Reed made up the Magician Twins who led the journey to bring back to life the daughter of the Sun. The Casket is Gemini.  Energy for Intellectual minds, creation, re-creation, new directions, breaking the ties that bind.  A trailblazer and leader. From the East, direction of success and happiness, no matter what route is taken, always ending up in the Light.
