MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL
Tone 6 offers the Peak Energy of Flow to help us establish a rhythm and pattern of movement. A new effort of Intention takes on the momentum for dynamic developments.
Storm/CAUAC brings the energy of the comfort of home. When the storms of life appear, we are naturally inclined to seek a place of safety. This “turning for home” is the rhythm and pattern that CAUAC helps us to establish.
CAUAC displays the “lightning force” that connects Heaven and Earth. CAUAC represents a renewal and regeneration of Spirit. Just as lightning nourishes the Earth, so are our Spirits renewed by a Spiritual Force of Regeneration.
Storm’s lightning displays a power that is not contained by limits or boundaries. Lightning finds is own way to deliver its gift of Spiritual Energy. It can reach us no matter where we are.
CAUAC is a Day of “lightning in the blood” that magnifies our Spiritual Gifts. CAUAC brings a new experience of Truth through our Sixth Sense. CAUAC renews our Consciousness of the Unbridled Power of Spirit. No matter what storms appear, Spirit holds the power to change the landscape of our lives.
CAUAC conveys the experience of returning Home. Home is the place of our Authority. When we close the door behind us, we can separate ourselves from the troubles of the world. Home is our place of Power where we define our own experience. Just as Flint taught us the Feeling of Truth, CAUAC shares the Feeling of the Home. When we learn to associate the Realm of Spirit as the place of our Nourishment and Comfort, returning there will become a habit of second nature. We will recognize the realm of Spirit as Home, the place we most want to be.
We can remember in our prayers the millions who have lost their homes and homeland. Many are left homeless by circumstance, and just as many never had a home they could rely on as a place of safety. Jaguar would remind us to be Grateful for the Blessing. Jaguar sees Mother Earth as its Home, the source of every blessing. A Divine Creator included in our design the instinct to identify a place where we always belong. We always have a Home that waits for us in the realm of Spirit.
Home is also a place of Orientation. “Home” is a known starting place we can always return to. Our Home in Spirit is the place where we knew all the Answers.
Tone 6 offers the momentum compared to a great athlete in motion. Having practiced and learned all the steps, Tone 6 engages us in the stride of Peak Performance. 6 encourages us to invest everything we have into a Movement of Spirit. Our Spirit Moves by Intention. We’re finding our way Home through a Conscious Intention to Be There.
To all my relations, may today be a Divine Homecoming. May we be renewed and regenerated by an experience of our Home in Spirit. May we see the Truth that we were all given a place to go. May we consider the dynamic developments that will be made possible when we acknowledge the realm of Spirit as our real home. As we make the last step of our climb, may invest our greatest effort in making the journey Home. May we invest our Spiritual Strength in “letting go” to be drawn by a Divine Power that reaches down for us. May we rise to a Higher Consciousness of the Gifts we possess when we reside in the Consciousness of a Divine Home within. May we remember that the realm of Spirit is the place where we were born and return to as our final destination. May we recognize Home as the place where we Know the Truth… where our Spirit Remembers the Power of our Authority and the Unconditional Love of Belonging.

6 Storm/CAUAC (Cherokee, Redbird/TOTSU’HWA)
Galactic Tone 6: Six is responsiveness and the art of negotiation. It is the movement of volume through space that creates time. This energy in action is like the art of dance or a great athlete in motion. Six facilitates dynamic developments in all aspects of life.
Storm/Cauac: Day of the blessing of rain, giver of all life and lightening, a gift of nitrogen to Mother Earth and ozone to Father Sky. Cauac is also associated with the moon and the cycles of the moon, which are the meter of the feminine aspect of creation. The essence of Storm is the feeling of unity, security and warmth experienced in the home while the tempest of trouble rages in the world outside. Perpetually youthful, Storms exist to experience the ecstasy of freedom. They have the great capacity to both learn and teach. Their constant quest for novel experiences often leads to difficult tests and storms of emotion. Looking at these difficulties for the lessons they indeed are, will enrich our lives rather than destroy. Cauac individuals teach much through their electricity of being. Lightning energizes earth, this same energy energizes humans. Divine connections can be accessed.
Cherokee, Redbird/TOTSU’HWA: Redbird’s symbol is Alcyone of the Pleiades Star in constellation Taurus. Alcyone is the Central Sun of the Universe, heart of heaven. Lightning is the visible evidence of the presence of Redbird Spirit in the Sky, daughter of the Sun Spirit, sign of Fire, Sun’s alter ego on Earth. Redbird is a feminine sign; the hand that rocks the cradle. The symbol of nurturing, the lightning nurtures and energizes, with energy for zest, curiosity, imagination, and ideas. Lightning adds spiritual force to the human by way of “lightning of the blood” of a healer, directly body to body vibration. The key to spiritual communication and access to the wisdom of the Ancestors lies in the ability to bestir the blood to speak. Sacred stones such as flint, obsidian, crystal are created by lightning striking the ground.
