44 PORTAL: Changing, Healing, Regenerating, and Building
Greetings Beloved Kin,

6 Deer / MANIK
The power of a symbol is magnified by repetition. April 4 is a 44 Portal, repeated in the 4th Season of the Tzolk’in, and Deer/MANIK is a symbol of the stability of 4 legs to plant in each of the 4 directions.
Deer/MANIK represents the Service of Unconditional Love as the Day sign of the Mayan priest, a symbol of a life dedicated to a daily practice of Love. The Deer is a symbol of Vigilance as the leader that guides and protects the whole. The Mayan priest isn’t a preacher, but one among the whole who stands in the integrity through a living demonstration of Love.
Love is not born of a feeling.
The feeling is born of the Service of Love.
Tone 6 represents Momentum, a Force created from a rhythm and pattern of movement. 6 expresses the synergy of 2 in Divine Trinity as 1. The trinity of 2 below, manifests the Divine Trinity of the Higher One.
syn·er·gy
the interaction or cooperation of two or more organizations, substances, or other agents to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their separate effects.
The Service of Love manifests the feeling of Love between 2, and our Love of who we are grows through the offering. Small acts of kindness are the corner stones for a Relationship of Unconditional Love. Bringing someone a cup of coffee can be the beginning of Sentimental Love that stands the tests of Time. Small gestures of kindness heal the heart more than grand displays and declarations of Love. Deer/MANIK is a symbol of Love in Action.

The Master Number 44 carries the significance of vibration 4 and 8 with amplification, known as the “Master Healer” and is very rare in numerology. Not only is it considered lucky, it’s also associated with royalty, the historical hierarchy and completion. The symbol is also associated with hospital care, healing institutions, medical arts, and relief work. 44 is about changing, healing, regenerating, and building.
Deer/MANIK represents the Mission that completes Human’s highest meaning and purpose. The Deer’s strength is found standing silently in the Truth. We don’t have to defend Love when the Truth speaks for itself.
The hunter’s myth of the Deer that disappears after taking an arrow to the heart is that there’s an empty space high in the chest, that an arrow can pass right through when the Deer exhales. In the Service of Unconditional Love we can receive human slings and arrows without receiving a mortal wound to the Heart. We only have to call it out to the Creator as our Offering of Love to be filled with the Sacred Exchange of everlasting Love.
Love based on a feeling only lasts as long as a feeling lasts… here today and gone tomorrow. The Service of Love creates the bonds that can’t be broken. Love is God’s greatest commandment.
MANIK represents the Living Water of Spirit. Love is restored through the nostalgia of tenderness and the bittersweet memories of the “way things were.”
Revelation 2:2-4 – Words of Admonition Shared by Jesus in a Vision to John the Baptist
2 I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars:
3 And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name’s sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted.
4 Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.
It’s not enough to forgive. The one who baptized Jesus didn’t fulfill his calling without Loving others the way he did in the beginning. We hardly recognize one another from “the way we were” before. We’ve taken a blow to the heart that can be healed through the Service of Love. We don’t have to follow the same path or go along with the way things are. We have to choose the conditions that are right for us to Grow into the Compassionate Heart of a Savior. We aren’t born to be slaves to one another, but to carry out our Highest Mission as our Offering to the Divine Father of us all.
Ephesians 6:12 KJV
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Humans are easily led astray by evil powers in the world. It’s hard to break a habit by Human willpower. It’s easier to create a new habit that takes its place, when our heart is dedicated to the Source of Power above all powers.
The glyph illustrates the Hand, another name for MANIK. The forefinger and the thumb, grasp a thread of plasma. An opposable thumb is the Power of Human’s hand, and the forefinger points to an end. When we grasp God’s meaning and purpose for our Life, we complete a circuit to the Power of God’s Hand. Welded to the Source of Highest Love, a Hand that won’t let go will lead us in the Way of a Divine Savior. Jesus claimed, “I and the Father are One.”
The trecena of Wind/IK represents the Word of Truth that is the Wind under our Wings. Deer is the keeper of Spiritual Tools. The staff we take up to follow is One Truth we know will always stand for us. The Creator promised a Divine Provision for every Human limitation. That covers everything that we can’t do. We’re called to choose our own staff, a Word of Truth we can stand on every Day. The Holy Spirit is a real presence in our Life. The Father and the Holy Spirit are One.
The Power of the Holy Spirit is an unseen force that can turn small steps into leaps and bounds. Through Vigilant Consciousness we can hear and feel evil coming from a mile away in plenty of Time to reach Higher Ground, where we are transformed by Love, the greatest Power in the Universe. Anyone who turns away from Love, clearly, doesn’t know what they are doing, when Love is every Heart’s desire.
One of our limitations is that we forget. The One Way to always remember is to kneel in humility before an altar every Day. The Bible offers 8 watches per Day – 4 in the Darkness and 4 in the Light. Tone 6 is compared to the energy of an athlete, who goes above and beyond to cross the finish line. We are near the end of this cycle of Transformation. It’s Time to dedicated our heart to the nth degree to see how far we can go and how fast we can turn our Love around to the way it was in the beginning.
“Small steps for man are giant leaps for mankind” when Love is the Mission of Time and Space.
love, in lak’ech, i am another you

THE JAGUAR’S EARTH MAGIC OF GRATITUDE: 21 Days of Gratitude Ceremony
03/22/2025 to 04/11/2025
6 Jaguar/IX began a 21 day journey to 13 Jaguar/IX, an Ascension of Spirit and Answer to the Prayer of the Holy Spirit. Our Offerings for Lent are the Before to the Effect that comes After. We can rededicate our thoughts to the purpose, in gratitude for every offering that holds the exponential force of Divine Trinity.
I’m grateful the Power of God’s Love is beyond our wildest imagination.

4-Leaf Clover (Sunday, 03/30/2025)
I’ve been waiting and watching to see if the 4-leaf clovers would appear again this Spring. I found 4 – one was a 6-leaf clover. I had intended on planting 4-leaf clover seeds in a garden bed next to my front door in memory of my beloved Grandpa who collected them. But these are the “truly lucky” 4-leaf clovers – growing out of 3-leaf clover plants here and there. No one can tell me it isn’t a miracle. (I’m wondering what Sunspot 4048 might do on 04/04.)
Wisdom of the Eagles: Taking care of one another
Jackie was tucking them in for the night (below), fluffing the nest and sharing eagle kisses. The eaglets have been given a little more time to themselves. There were a couple of signs of sibling rivalry in the beginning. This week they expressed a growing affection for one another after being left on their own for a while during a light snow when they depended on one another for warmth. The service of Love is creating the foundation for a happy family. (Their feathers are starting to come in.) Big Bear Lake Live Eagle Cam

6 Deer/MANIK (Cherokee, Deer/Ahwu’sdi) – Day 6 of 13 of the 1 Wind/IK trecena
Descriptions by Ian Xel Lungold (12 Sun/AHAU), wisdom and Tzolk’in calculator preserved on MayanMajix.com
Galactic Tone 6: Six is responsiveness and the art of negotiation. It is the movement of volume through space that creates time. This energy in action is like the art of dance or a great athlete in motion. Six facilitates dynamic developments in all aspects of life.
Deer/MANIK (Hand): Deer are spirit tools. Silence itself is a spiritual experience for Deer. For Deer life is a pilgrimage. Deer are dominant persons who defend the people and will make sacrifices for others. The spirit of Deer upholds the pillars of the four directions. With the power inherent in the number four, Deer pushes away bad influences or negative energies. Skill and quality of work are very important to Deer. They are presented with tools for every task in life and it is with these that they are able to rise above limitations. Deer has a habit of keeping every tool it has ever used. This leads to clutter and indecision, loss and procrastination. When confronted with promises not kept, Deer becomes stubborn, manipulative and evasive.
A GOOD DAY TO: Be of service to others.
Cherokee, Deer/Ahwu’sdi: Symbolized by Constellation Galagina, the Stag, known as Taurus, the Bull. It does not include the Pleiades and Hyades clusters which in Cherokee are viewed as separate. To feed, gatherers of food and supplies, they enjoy rituals, ceremonials, feasts, the souls of hospitality, sociability. Freedom versus security issues often inspire leadership and unique solutions. Combined with artistic and inspiring energies in harmony with lunar cycles, they nourish the clans. Totem-Deer: A priest or shaman, a powerful person in general, to overwhelm an individual with one’s personal power, divination; inclined to become a teacher, healer, guru, civic leader, or politician. Ability to create harmonic resonance.
