MAYAN CALENDAR DAYKEEPER’S JOURNAL

5 Offering / MULUC
Greetings Kin,
Tone 5 brings the energy of empowerment. Each cycle of 13 represents a completed cycle of harvest. Each cycle begins with a seed in germination and ends the harvest that produces the seed for the next generation of our Spiritual Transformation. Five is an intelligent, organizing force which manages communications and materials, knowledge and application. On Tone 5 we gather what is needed for the Maturity of Spiritual Being.
Offering/MULUC represents the Moon, Water and our Emotions. Water is the Element capable to hold the Ether of Spirit. Through water we can receive a Baptism and Purification of Spirit.
Through our Sacred Offerings we are Atoned with the Creator, sharing the same Heart, Mind and Intention for a Blessing of the Whole. The glyph illustrates a single drop suspended above the whole. Through an Offering we are seen by the Creator at an altar above. We are raised up in Spirit by a Divine Acknowledgement of the Love we hold within. Returned to the One, our Blessings will ripple through the Whole.
Humans holds the longing to be seen in our Highest State of Being. We hope to be remembered in the Light of our Highest Intentions. Through the Eyes of God, we can see the Purity of our Spirit and the evidence of our Growing Light.
10-DAY PORTAL: Element of Ether
Tones 2 thru 12 of the Serpent/CHICCHAN trecena open a Portal that thins the veil to the Dimension of Spirit and Magnifies our Awareness of Spirit. 5 Offering/MULUC empowers us to See the Light of our own Spirit as it is seen from above. A Portal magnifies the Spiritual Experience of Being Seen in our own Divinity.
Offer/MULUC offers the Power of Holy Spirit. Symbolizing water everywhere from the cosmos to our own tears, water is the Blood of Earth that flows through the rivers and streams from which we draw the nourishment of life. Through a purification of water we are raised to New Life by the Holy Spirit within. Returned to the Earth we will rejoin the Whole to exist as One with water everywhere.
MULUC is a sign of our Emotions, the language of the Heart. This is a day to Honor our Emotions as a Holy Gift from which we are made capable of Compassion and Unconditional Love. MULUC is a day to Honor our Feelings and the Feelings of Others. The Creator sees the Purity of our Intention through the feelings of our Heart. Our brokenness is only the evidence of our Longing for Love. By surrendering our Self to Divine Will, we Acknowledge the Creator’s Unconditional Love.
MULUC is a day to pay back and pay forward. We are called to Acknowledge others in their own Best Light. This is a day to remember the Unexpected Blessings we’ve received from others and how it made us feel. An Offering offers Joy for both the Giver and the Receiver. The Receiver is Acknowledged and Seen, and the Giver sees itself in its Brightest Light. A Portal will magnify the Feelings of a Divine Exchange.
When we give a gift, we create our own Joy as we anticipate the Joy of Another. We express our Feelings in the Image of the Creator. So does the Creator anticipate the Joy in the Moment when we become Conscious to Acknowledge the Receipt of a Gift of Divinity.
MULUC calls us to deeds of unexpected kindness for one another. The value of any gift is not assessed by the cost, but the time and thought that went into it. An unexpected gift holds greater value than a gift that marks an occasion because it Honors the Person versus an event.
5 Offering/MULUC offers us the Power of walking in the Way of the Creator. We can know the Nature of God within us as we Give the Gift of Unconditional Love. Through surrender we give freely without any expectation of a return, because we acknowledge that something has already been given.
The Cherokee Day Sign, the River, represents the Flow of Divine Spirit. The 6th uinal of the Tzolk’in establishes our Flow and Rhythm of Movement. The Light we can give that never goes out is Love that Acknowledges an equal exchange. By paying something back, we allow others to see themselves as the first Giver.
To all my relations, may we Acknowledge the Creator as a Divine Giver who anticipates the moment when a Divine Gift will be Received. May we Acknowledge the thought that went into a Gift of Shared Divinity. May we see the Greater Gift of being Acknowledged as Deserving of such a Blessing. May we make an Offering to the Creator, given in Humility and Acknowledgment of a Gift of Unconditional Love – our Greatest Source of Power. May we recognize that we were given the Power of all Possibility, flowing as One in a River of Spirit.
in lak’ech, i am another you

5 Offering/MULUC (Cherokee, The River/YUN’WI GUNNAHI’TA)
Galactic Tone 5: Empowerment. At the center of the cube we find Five. Five is an intelligent, organizing force which manages communications and materials, knowledge and application. Fives are natural net workers who gather what is needed. These persons can probe directly to the core of any situation making them excellent investigators.
Offering/MULUC: Also known as the sign of water. Ceremonially, Maya use water as an offering in baptisms and purification. These ceremonies are done to bring about a collective strength, adaptability and harmony. In sincere appreciation, Offering people gladly give more than they ask for themselves. Offering persons are dynamic communicators with great intelligence making them excellent employers. Like a shaken vessel of water, Offering people regain equilibrium quickly. Also like a body of water, there may be deep undercurrents of emotion and hidden dangers. Others perceive these as hidden agendas in offering people and so extend them little trust and may even slap blame on them.
Cherokee, The River/YUN’WI GUNNAHI’TA: The River is symbolized by The Milky Way, the Gihli’Utsun’stanun’yi “Where the Dog Ran” to gather the souls for Heaven. The River is the minion for Grandfather Moon. Long Man is the personification of the River stretching from the mountains to the lowlands, speaking to those who can understand. People of this sign find “sermons in the stones” and good in everything. These souls march to a different drummer, driven by inner volcanic forces. The Moon controls our fluid cycle, to clear and understand emotional issues. When you take this step to clear the emotional body, then you are ready for transformational energies at the next level. As humans, our actions are ruled by our emotions, the key is to understand the connection and honor the emotions.
