Apostles: Called to Follow for One Divine Purpose

A Journey to the Light as One

Matthew 20:36-40 KJV – The Greatest Commandment

36 “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?”

37 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’[a] 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’[b] 40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

A Divine Mission: The Vigilance of a Divine Witness (1 Deer/MANIK)

Opening the Window to our Soul

Matthew 6:22–23 (NIV)
“The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light.”

Eyes were created to take in the Light. Our eyes hold the Power to express our feelings and emotions. Our eyes are opened by the Light of the Sunrise. Eyes are a primary focus. When we lose sight, our other senses expand to serve the purpose as a sense of “spatial consciousness.” The Eye of the whale is what engages us with the “humanity” of a living creation far beyond the realm of human’s everyday experience.

The “evil eye” refers to the “dead eyes” of a zombie that only sees the source of their next meal. The eyes convey the Truth of our authenticity. We can see Love through the eyes.

The Apostles were drawn to follow the Compassionate Love that shone from the eyes of Jesus. Written in the Seed, our Heart’s Desire is the Light of Love shining from the eyes that wholly see us as we are. Words can’t express what is experienced when we’re Seen Through the Eyes of Love. That’s the Love we’ll climb a mountain to know.

February 18, 2026 is Ash Wednesday. The Season of Lent begins with the ashes of our sins that the Fire burned away. We stepped through a Ring of Fire to take up our Staff and Follow. God ordered the Time for us to See Clearly. Deer/MANIK begins a journey to See through the “Eyes of our Heart”.

A Divine Purpose: A Hand in Service (1 Deer/MANIK, Day One of 13)

1 Deer/MANIK (Hand)

Greetings Beloved Kin,

Human’s Divine Mission for life is to serve as a Hand of God. The Deer is a symbol of Stability, as a Leader who guides and protects the whole. Justified by Faith in God through the chaos of Creation, our Ascension prepared us to carry out God’s mission for our New Life in Spirit.

Holding the Wisdom of God’s unfailing grace, we are prepared to stand silently in the Truth. God defends the Truth that speaks for itself. The Mayan priest isn’t a judge, but an example. We are guided to walk a humble path.

The circle on the glyph represents the Vigilant Eye of the Deer. The Deer use its peripheral vision to see the first sign of movement. Ears move independently, to identify the location of sound. They have Time to leap to higher ground, silently standing still.

God’s Mission for our Life is a dedicated path, counting every Day as Sacred. The Mayan priest serves the whole by Counting the Days, offering daily prayers, and carrying out the Sacred Ceremonies on behalf of the whole.

During the next 13 Days we will be consecrated into Divine Service.

The Mission of Life: Serving the Highest One (1 Deer/MANIK, Day One of 13)

1 Deer/MANIK

Greetings Beloved Kin,

All things Created have a Reason to be. The 1st half of the 1st Season is devoted to knowing who we are and everything we can do. 1 Deer/MANIK begins the journey to Knowing a Divine Meaning and Purpose for our Life. The Scion was created to be God’s Hand, intended to be an offering of the Creator’s Light manifested in a realm of physicality.

The Truth is self evident in every other living creation in the Natural World. All things are conscious of their Life and all things respond to Love. Life is an endless sacrifice of one Life for another from the bottom to the top of the food chain. All things fight for their life to carry on. Love carries on beyond death, when all things are Seen and Acknowledged for the sacrifice. When we bless our food, we share Offer a Sacred meaning to a Living Sacrifice. We magnify the Blessing to our own body, when we Honor the Energy of Life as a Sacred Exchange.

MANIK is the Destiny of the Mayan priest. That was the meaning and purpose of the Life of the Savior. We were given the Sacred Right to Choose the Destiny that requires a personal sacrifice. Jesus Christ made no other name for himself in the world, except for his Mission as a Healer, Protector, and the Master Teacher of Love.

Deer/MANIK calls us into the Service of Love and the dedicated Road-Less-Traveled, but for those who Love the Lord with all their heart,  mind, body, and soul. Truth of the Creator’s Unconditional Love shared in return, is the Power that leads us to the straight and narrow path. Love has to be a choice for it to be the Truth. Selah.

We can choose to offer the Service of Love to one another and to the Natural World. Love is the Offering that always multiplies to abundance.

Spaceweather: New Year’s Eve, Dec 31, 2023

New Year’s Eve Pre-Dawn Moon Taken by Romeo Esparrago on December 31, 2023 @ Georgetown, TX USA – SPACEWEATHER.COM GALLERY

Rotation of the Moon

An enduring myth about the Moon is that it doesn’t rotate. While it’s true that the Moon keeps the same face to us, this only happens because the Moon rotates at the same rate as its orbital motion, a special case of tidal locking called synchronous rotation. It travels around our planet once every 27.322 days in an elliptical orbit, an elongated circle. The Moon is tidally locked with Earth, which means that it spins on its axis exactly once each time it orbits our planet. Because of this, people on Earth only ever see one side of the Moon. SPACEWEATHER.COM NEWS: DECEMBER 31, 2023

GEOMAGNETIC STORM WATCH (G1): 2024 could begin with a geomagnetic storm. NOAA forecasters say that minor G1-class storms are possible on Jan. 1st when a co-rotating interaction region (CIR) is expected to hit Earth’s magnetic field. CIRs are transition zones between fast- and slow-moving solar wind streams. They contain CME-like shock waves that do a good job sparking auroras.

1 Deer / MANIK – The Service of Love: Day 1 of 13

A Hand of Divine Trinity

THE TRECENA OF DEER/MANIK: THE SERVICE OF LOVE

1 Deer/MANIK

Greetings Beloved Kin,

Deer/MANIK, also known as Hand, is a symbol of Stability with a leg to plant in each of the 4 directions. The glyph illustrates a Hand that grasps a thread of plasma that completes a Divine circuit to  the Power of the Creator’s Hand, Above.

The first 2 trecena’s of the Tzolk’in round defined our new identity and the exponential Power of Human’s Spirit to lead us to the end that was intended from the beginning. The trecena of Deer/MANIK reflects the Mission that manifests a Divine Meaning and Purpose for our Life.

MANIK is the Destiny Kin of the Mayan priest, one who has dedicated their Life to serve as the Creator’s Hand in the down-below. The Mayan priest counts the days and carries out the rituals and sacred ceremonies that are ordered by Time on behalf of the Whole.

“Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.” (Matthew 18:19-20)

As the Mayan priest, MANIK is the One that leads a path to an altar, where every One that follows creates the Two to stand in Divine Trinity.

Deer/MANIK: Spiritual Tools from the Tzolk’in Calendar

Algiz – Symbol of the Sage that knows the Highest Meaning and Purpose of our Life – to Save another.

Greetings Beloved Kin,

Spirit led me back to the original resources from my first formal teaching on the Mayan Calendar in 2009. I began following the Tzolk’in Count in 2002 through Ian Xel Lungold’s website at MayanMajix.com. I called myself a Daykeeper. After receiving the wisdom shared through a live conference held by Jose Jaramillo, I learned more in-depth about the calculations and their meaning and purpose. I called myself a real Daykeeper.

My life began to change quickly when I began this journal in September 2015. That was the change that made a difference. I truly became a Mayan Daykeeper when I dedicated myself to a commitment to count 260 days, all recorded in one place here on JaguarSpirit.com. That October 18, 2015 was 8 B’atz, the New Year celebrated by Mayan Daykeepers – the designated time for Initiation to the purpose.

The Truth I claimed at the end of the first 260 days was that My Own Truth mattered. More important than anyone else’s “truth about me” – was my own Truth. I was the only one beyond the Creator who knew my whole story from the beginning. That changed everything. It still took time to integrate the Truth as Wisdom in my daily experience of life, though it was a pillar of Truth to stand on and see what was happening when I allowed the “truth” of others to influence my faith in myself.
