Greetings Kin,

The next 13 days…

1 Monkey/CHUEN begins a new Season of Light. We begin the Summer Season of this Tzolk’in round of 260 days. We will multiply Love through the Miracle of Birth.

Human’s Highest Personal Experience of Spirit is taking part in the Creation of a New Consciousness. Divine Intervention is a necessary part of the Magic of Creation. The Creator is the Source of the new Divine Spark. Through the experience of Birth, we will bear witness to an Act of Divine Authority.

Monkey/CHUEN is the Weaver of Time. The glyph illustrates “time rolled up” on Monkey’s head, connecting our Past, Present and Future. Monkey works through our unconscious to draw Inspiration. The face of Monkey is similarly imposed on the glyph of Night/AKBAL, the Day Sign of Spirit that Speaks in our Dreams. Monkey/CHUEN is the Day Sign of a Dreamer, capable of manifesting the Dream. CHUEN can weave a Dream into a thing of Beauty.

7th & 8th UINALS:
We still exist in the 7th uinal that Balances the Above and the Below. The Flint/ETZNAB trecena offered a clearing of karma that Purified our Spirit. Monkey/CHUEN inspires us to Create an Expression of Unconditional Love. The 7th uinal crystallizes our vision of the future. 10 Sun/AHAU will complete the 7th uinal, balancing the Above and Below through a Revelation of Light. We will begin the 8th uinal, Purified in Spirit for Justice accomplished by Divine Intervention.

21 DAYS of CEREMONY: 1 Monkey/CHUEN marks 21 days to the K’iche Maya New Year celebrated on 8 B’atz (8 Monkey/CHUEN). Observing 21 days of personal ceremony is a traditional preparation for those who count the days to be initiated as Mayan Daykeepers on the New Year. 8 B’atz marks the Maya’s Highest Celebration of the Sacred Calendar of Creation.

PEAK DAYS/PEAK ENERGY:
The momentum of movement is created on Tone 6, the cresting of a wave of trans-formative energy. These are the most favorable days for influence and accomplishment.  The lower numbered Tones hold less energy, intended as days of inner work. The higher numbered Tones are compared to a wave crashing – a powerful energy already set into its course of motion.

  • 6 Wisdom/CIB – Connected to the Ancestors, we learn their Way to Higher Consciousness, through the Intention of Forgiveness.
  • 7 Earth/CABAN – We are Balanced by the Forces of Nature and the Movement of Mother Earth.
  • 8 Flint/ETZNAB – The Truth of Spirit is exalted for a new Transformation of Justice.
  • 9 Storm/CAUAC – We are Transformed by a Regeneration of Consciousness of the Creator’s Spark within and the Truth of our Unbridled Freedom.

13 Night / AKBAL

Greetings Kin,

On Tone 13 we Ascend to a Higher Level of Consciousness. As the Master of all Art, Monkey/CHUEN drew our attention to the Truth that we are the Artists of our own Life. When we are distracted by the challenges we face every day, we can return to the Beauty found in living in the moment. 13 is a Sacred Number associated with the Ascended Masters and the Creation of the World that was accomplished in 7 days and 6 nights.

Night/AKBAL is the Voice of Spirit that speaks to us in our Dreams. Night represents the Darkness of our Unknown. We are given the courage to willingly walk in the dark. What has yet to be seen or defined, holds the potential of All Possibility. The whole world was born from a place of darkness.

AKBAL is a Day Sign of the West, the direction of our Life Experience. Our Journey through Life is a walk in the dark. We never know what tomorrow may bring. The Cherokee Day Sign of the Hearth is the Sacred Fire that burns through the night. Even in our darkness we are given a Point of Light. Night is the “bringer of dawn” that will illuminate our way.

The West holds the Element of Water. As the substance that holds the Ether of our Spirit, Night/AKBAL brings a Consciousness that can be felt through our Emotions. A Voice of Spirit can be recognized as it touches our heart.

Night/AKBAL is said to bring light to all things hidden in darkness, dispelling our insecurities and doubts born of the sub-conscious mind. We are given the courage to face our unknown, knowing the Light of Spirit will always guide us. Under an Ascension guided by AKBAL, we become the Dreamers who Believe in our Dreams.

A Voice of Spirit may be recognized in our Dreams. We may awaken to thoughts on our mind, or we may hear a voice in a Day Dream. AKBAL makes us capable to recognize a Voice of Spirit as different from our own thoughts. We might realize this Inner Voice has been speaking to us all along. Once we can acknowledge it, it will become easier to hear. This is the purpose for raising our Consciousness. The richest part of our Human experience is something we can only experience when we are Conscious of our Self. Mystical experiences are possible as Night connects our intelligence and intuition.

Our Ascension is a Heavenly Celebration of a Closer Relationship with a Divine Spirit. With each new Transformation we anchor new faith in a Presence that is always with us. We can see the Promise of new Horizons given new courage to walk on through the dark.

To all my relations, may we be opened to recognize the Evidence of Spirit by a Voice that is capable to make its presence known. May we Know that our own prayers are raised into the Consciousness of our Creator. May we give thanks for the Light of a new Dawning where we can always see the presence of Light, even in our darkness.

Observing 21 days of prayer and sacred ceremony is a traditional preparation for the observance of the Tzolk’in calendar New Year, which is also the Initiation of the Mayan Daykeepers.

NEW UINAL: 11 Crocodile/IMIX beings the 8th Uinal of Divine Justice. The Higher Intention for the next 20 days is establish Harmony and Equity.

13 Night/AKBAL (Cherokee, Hearth/O’YA)

 

Galactic Tone 13: Ascension; Thirteen assists us to go to the next higher step, propels us to try something new or to try again. Thirteen energy takes us over the next mountain just to see what is there. Thirteen carries the last success to the newest effort. Thirteen is a number associated with the Ascended Masters, creation, expansion, and manifestation.

Night/Akbal: Bringers of the Dawn. Dreamers who bring the new sun to clarify and illuminate the road of life. Thus the insecurities and doubts born of darkness of the sub-conscious mind are dispelled. These persons travel the Void… a place where nothing yet exists but all potential dwells, the womb of creation. From this void, Night persons bring forth new solutions and artistic inspiration. Night’s voyages of dreams build confidence and happiness with a sense of well being. If night does not bravely journey into the void they may find themselves wandering the darkness of self doubt and insecurity.

Cherokee, Hearth/O’YA: Hearth’s symbol is the fire pit in the Center, velvet black as the night. The triangle in Orion. The M42 nebula (home of the Central race from the WingMakers) in the center of the triangle of Orion is the fire in the Hearth, also matching the Mayan. The Hearth is the Torchbearer who holds the light and warmth throughout the night.

Greetings Kin,

Tone 12 brings the intention of Understanding. We’re empowered to transform the knowledge of new experience into a Personal Truth. Through our capacity for Retrospection, all the pieces are brought together that would elevate us to a New Consciousness.

Wind/IK represents the Breath of Life and Breath of Spirit. The world was created from the Spoken Intention of the Creator.  So will the world we Create be brought to Life in the Likeness of our Spoken Definition.

Under the previous trecena of Flint/ETZNAB, we were given 5 Wind/IK to Empower our own “I Am.” We learned that our gift of Free Will allows us to Create what We Would Be. The Power of the Wind is returned to us now so we may Bring to Life a world of our Choosing.

Greetings Kin,

By shining new light on all things, 10 Sun/AHAU completed the 7th uinal’s intention of restoring us to balance. 11 Crocodile/IMIX introduces us into the 8th uinal. The numbers of the 13 Tones and 13 Uinals (20-day cycle columns) are correspondent in their intention. As Tone 8 is the Holy Day of Divine Justice, so does the 8th uinal reflect a Holy Cycle that brings the Justice of Harmony and Equity. The Tone 8 in the 8th uinal is 8 Monkey/CHUEN (8 B’aatz), the Holy Day of the New Year as observed by the K’iche Maya, and the Initiation Day of Mayan Daykeepers. There are 10 Portal Days in this uinal that will lift the veil to Higher Dimensions.

Today’s Tone 11 brings an Intention of Resolution. Tone 11 asks us to consider how we will integrate a new understanding. Some modifications are required as we see how something we have learned would fit into a world of our creation.

Crocodile/IMIX is the Day Sign of the Divine Feminine and our Primordial Mother. We reside under the care of a Divine Mother who was there as we were created. Her role is to bring nourishment and the encouragement to be whatever we would Love to Be. Continue reading →

Greetings Kin,

On Tone 10 of Manifestation we are greeted by Sun/AHAU, our Source of Light, Life, and Happiness. Today we are given the Light that brings into focus a Truth of what we have accomplished.

The Monkey/CHUEN trecena has led us through a cycle of introspection. We’ve been learning to draw upon the Light of our own Spirit. The last 20 days have tested us to see something in ourselves. We have experienced our own darkness in an effort to Challenge and Strengthen our own Light. 10 Sun/AHAU celebrates a major accomplishment.

Sun/AHAU is the Creator of a world where we could play, inspect life, and create a world of our Own Expression. We can see how Our World, always moving, can easily go off course when no one is “behind the wheel.” Consciousness and Intention are the Spiritual Tools capable to keep us on a steady course.

A visit from the Sun is said to be a day of Realization. All things are brought to New Light. Illusions that were in the shadows are seen in the full-light of day. Sun also brings greater detail and clarity to the Truth we already knew.

Greetings Kin,

Tone 9 calls for our Patience. We are asked to look more deeply into the Truth we’ve seen from a broader perspective to complete a new understanding.

The purpose of Flint’s Truth was to cut through the negative illusions of our Self that have stood in the way of our moving forward. Like a pruning, we may have felt some initial damage, though by leaving something behind our growth will be accelerated and we will bear a more abundant harvest.

Storm/CAUAC is perfectly positioned to follow Flint, bringing an energy associated with the comfort of Home. From a place of safety we can see the Forces of Nature in a display of Unbridled Energy. Storms are capable to make dramatic changes in our landscape, its wind capable to turn things around, and through its electrical charge of lightning, nourishes the Earth and charges the ozone in the air we breath. As a sudden discharge of electrical energy, Storm connects the Up Above to the Down Below.

Greetings Kin,

Traveling through the void of the Core Days is almost over. The 20-day cycle of the 7th uinal has been working to bring our Identity and Spirit into Balance with our own Dreams and Aspirations. The Monkey/CHUEN trecena is leading us to inspect every element of our Ego and our Higher Self, so we can see what is Out of Balance.

Monkey/CHUEN is perfectly suited to this task that will initiate an important new beginning. The Monkey holds no attachment to either dark or light, and instead, sees differences as interesting or curious. This has been the Way of acquiring the Strength of Courage to look at the extremes within ourselves. 8 Flint/ETZNAB can help us make a 180 degree turn by presenting a Clarity of Truth.

Tone 8 is the Holy Day of the trecena, where we are received into the care of a Divine Agency. Through a surrender of Our Will, we are in the Holiest Place to Invite Divine Intervention. The hard work we invested in looking within will be returned in Divine Reciprocity. Divine Justice is the Intention of Tone 8. Through a Divine Revelation, something will be made Crystal Clear that would sweep away the Fear of our Shadow.

Greetings Kin,

Tone 7 is the Peak of a new Spiritual Climb.  The Monkey/CHUEN trecena guides us as the Day Sign that sees the beauty in all things. We are brought into balance by an expanded perception of our Mother Earth. Being One and the Same as her children, the Earth offers an expanded perception of our Self.

At the top of the pyramid we can see the beauty of the Earth in every direction. We could remember how beautifully she balances the days and the seasons of the Natural World. Our Oneness with the Mother means that we are also moved through a Divinely Balanced perpetual course of Change.

Each new dawn we are awakened by new Light, and each season we are called to a new Divine Purpose of Being. A new season is Calling us Back to Life and to a new generation of Understanding.

Greetings Kin,

Tone 6 brings the Intention of Flow. We’ve been stabilized and empowered to harness momentum for forward movement. The energy of Tone 6 is compared to a great athlete in motion.  Tone 6 is a Peak Day for Performance in the upward climb of new Spiritual Growth.

Wisdom/CIB connects us to the Wisdom of our Ancestors. The Old Ones evidence that Wisdom is Acquired through our direct experience. As a Yellow Day Sign of the South, CIB can complete an understanding through our Relationships that will fuel our Passion to Invest our Best Effort.

The glyph is an illustration of the Mind in its Highest State of Consciousness. CIB reminds us that our Highest Consciousness is dependent on a Spirit of Forgiveness. Only through the release of our resentments are our minds Open to Receive and Connect with Higher Wisdom.

Greetings Kin,

The first days of the trecena prepare us for a Transformation we choose for ourselves. Though our growth is part of a Divine Plan, we always have the choice in how we direct our energy. There are many different ways to learn the same thing.

The Higher Intention of this trecena is to be Empowered as Creators, and by walking in Balance with our own Center, Recreate a world of Our Choosing.¹  5 Eagle/MEN is positioned at Tone 5 to Empower a Spiritual Climb. The totem Eagle is regarded as a Divine Intermediary by its capability of flight to reach heights in close proximity to the Creator. We will be empowered by seeing what the Creator sees.

The Intention we seek for our Self is our own expression of a Divine Intention. No limits have been placed on our choices. The world can be transformed by what we make of it. Our earliest signs of growth is a greater awareness of the conflict between our Ego and our Higher Self. Our ego sees through a fearful illusion. Our Higher Self can see beyond the unknown of the moment to the unlimited possibilities of the future. Eagle empowers us by lifting us to a vantage point of Higher Vision. We’re not limited by what we could see from the ground.
